Summary
This series is based on my double-rogue playthrough. Tav is an assassin rogue, chaotic neutral, chooses mostly good options but a ton of options just for the laughs or the money. Astarion remains unascended. Everyone shows up sooner or later, though main group includes Karlach and Shadowheart.
Written gender-neutral and from second-person so that you can insert your Tav to be rogue!Tav :)

Summary
Astarion Ancunín, 229 - 268 DR, was someone long gone. Along with his existence, went every trace of the life that once dwelled within him.
He couldn't quite place his own family, his old friends, his eye color, his own face... Admist two centuries of torment, it grew to be an all too distant memory. That Astarion may as well have never been, for all he could recall was his own cruel death.
But when given an opportunity to face the life he had prior to Cazador, will Astarion run from the past, or will he embrace it?

“Oh, love.” A wet hand on Tav’s cheek, brushing away a tear but only bloodying him more. The coolness is soothing, still. His eyes shutter closed. “No, no. Tav, look at me. Stay with me. Tav, please. I...”
Blearily, Tav wills himself to look. One last time.
No words can describe the look in those wide eyes, his face a tangle of dark lines. Half of his perfect white hair is caked in blood.
Perfectly imperfect, his Astarion, and Tav—he must be a wreck, coated red and black except for his eyes, dimming.
Again, Astarion: “Please. Stay with me.”

"What was illogical, to him, was that Tav permitted it. Letting the vampire hold them tight, pinned with their back to his chest while he fed. Perhaps they had a bizarre vampire fetish - it certainly wouldn’t be the first time he’d encountered such. There was a soft trembling to their skin as he fed, barely parted lips in the dying firelight while the others slept.
But the few nights Astarion declined in a huff, they smiled and said they were glad he wasn’t hungry. A puzzling mystery that irked at him, staying on his mind in the hours between fights."

The man was no calmer, fingers gripping his knees and eyes watching the young couple as though they were made of smoke.

Summary
He didn’t have much of a frame of reference to compare Casmir to, of course, not when his parade of lovers were excluded to nights that ended in their deaths. But what he has with Casmir is—different. Wholly unique in its own right. Astarion cares about them more than he ever has for another person before, and the thought is still just a little terrifying.
And even if Astarion still doesn’t quite understand it, it was obvious that Casmir cared about him too.
So there he laid with a new problem—intimacy. Sex. Fucking. Whatever you wished to bloody call it.

Astarion moves his legs just slightly to press against Casmir’s broad shoulder, a teasing point of contact. The tiefling doesn’t shift away.
But his hands still haven’t moved to tend to Astarion’s wound. “Can I touch you?”
Astarion stares at them for a few moments, meeting that burning gaze, fanned by thick lashes. People don’t often ask him that—they just do. It didn’t matter whether he wanted them to or not, only that he was a pretty thing they wanted to get their hands on.
He shakes his head before he can fade away into bad memories, blinking several times. He smirks instead, slipping into flirtation easily, eyes lidded and something like revulsion at himself bubbling in his gut, “As much as you’d like, my dear.”
(Or, Astarion has had his consent revoked for over two centuries. Then he meets Casmir.)

“What?” Astarion seems nearly speechless, his silver tongue gone heavy in his mouth as he blinks, coming damn close to outright stuttering, “I—I mean, surely you—I’ve seen how you look at me!” He huffs, looking frustrated and confused and completely thrown off.
It’s almost endearing, to see him grow so flustered, his suave persona melting through his shock. You can’t help but smile, “I’m just not really interested in sex. That’s all.” You shrug, and Astarion looks at you as if that tadpole in your head has finally started to transform you.
(Or, you don’t want sex. Astarion doesn’t know what to make of that.)
