William Fowler had always found the bots strange, they are aliens after all. But some of their behavior toward him and humans in general was enough to make him standoffish in the beginning. But like most things in his life, he dealt with it and moved past it.
Now the day had finally come, Megatron was defeated, and the bots had gotten the Omega Lock to restore their planet. They would soon be leaving Earth altogether, but something in the back of his mind kept telling him that something was wrong. The bots aren't acting any different they are just excited to show him and the kids a restored Cybertron. So why was Fowler suddenly scared of them?

Nightwish and Dawnbringer are Shuttle-Seeker hybrids, twins with sharp wings, sharper mouths, and absolutely no concept of restraint. One is a walking energon shortage with anger issues, the other a calm disaster-prevention protocol that keeps failing. Raised in the shadow of revolution, questionable leadership decisions, and their carrier’s deeply unfortunate taste in partners, the twins grow up turning every quiet moment into a problem.
As Starscream struggles to keep his children secret in a war-torn Cybertron, Nightwish and Dawnbringer become increasingly obsessed with the one thing no one will tell them: who their father is. Their search for answers quickly spirals into stolen access, broken labs, offended scientists, traumatized leaders, and an ever-growing headache for both Autobots and Decepticons alike.
This is a reminder that sparklings may be small, but they are fully capable of destabilizing factions, empires, and Megatron’s patience.
Starscream just wanted to survive the war.

Also, Buggy isn’t an eight years old boy".
In a sudden accident, Buggy is turned into a kid. Faced with this challenge they certainly didn't plan for, Mihawk and Crocodile must deal with this problem while both getting a better understanding of Buggy as a person and deciding how they're going to move forward once it all settles.

Summary
Yesterday, Uta was a pop star about to drag everyone into a world of dreams. Today she's the one being dragged into the chaotic mess of goals, dreams, and alliances born in the wake of her concert on Elegia island. While everyone would like some time to celebrate, the news that Sabo brings- that the World Government has an island-destroying weapon- brings the festivities to a halt.
New courses must be decided on. Luffy and the Straw Hats spend some time getting to know their new allies in Cross Guild. Ace works to reform the Spade Pirates. Caesar, Chopper, and Sanji plot with the Donquixotes and the Vinsmokes to bring Ace and Monet, back to life in their own bodies, as well as to save Bonney's dad, Kuma. Shanks reconnects with Buggy and Mihawk after finally regaining his confidence. The Beast Pirates and the Charlottes deal with the aftermath of Wano, and forge a new goal together. Tashigi, Smoker and Zoro all deal with the revelation of Tashigi's past, and Vivi, Buggy and Masked Deuce all finally show up in the same room.
It's chaos and reunions all around. There's even a wedding.
