"By now, Jason is used to the sigh of one of his siblings — if not more or all of them — longing on his couch uninvited. It doesn’t make it less annoying, obviously, but it doesn’t raise his anger like at the beginning.
So when he opens the door and a head of dark hair is popping beneath a blanket, Jason is disappointed but not surprised. Internally, he says goodbye to his calm evening. Externally, he groans.
The door closes behind him, and he turns the key to lock it as usual; then, he lets his bag drop on the floor, kicks his shoes off, and goes to sit on his little brother."

Summary
Tim Drake is not a stalker. He just likes Robin. It doesn’t help that he doesn’t really have a family, and that Robin looks like he gives awesome hugs. (Spoiler alert: he does.)
Then Jason (Robin!!) straight up adopts him as a brother, which Tim doesn’t understand. He didn’t do anything, so he doesn’t deserve love. That’s how it works, right?
Jason says no, and shows him what family is.

“Why do you give a shit?” Tim asked in a tired tone. “You should be happy, you were right.”
Jason didn’t move but Tim could practically see his eyes squint under his helmet. “The fuck you mean? What am I right about?”
Tim laughed bitterly.“I was just a replacement. And now I was replaced with the better model.”
Jason paused. “The brat got the Robin mantle?”
Tim nodded mutely. Jason stared at him for a moment before his loud laughter ripped through the night.
The same night that Dick gives the Robin mantle to Damian, Tim runs into Red Hood. They fight, they talk, they reach common ground.

Summary
Tim had a plan. It was a very good plan, if he did say so himself. The odds of success were roughly 56.3%. Tim had risked more for less. So there he was, hanging from a rope tied firmly around one ankle, while the other leg was bent back limply. He could get out of this easily, just by sitting upwards and slicing the rope.
That wasn’t the plan, though.
He knocked the stool over. “Kon! A little help?”
Tim has a plan. As always. Sometimes, though, when sort of maybe crushing on a certain Superboy, it's best to go with your gut.

But the Bat kids are a different story. They don't understand boundaries.

Normal.
Unfortunately whatever Jim Gordon would like to think about himself is entirely wrong.
He can't be certain, but he strongly suspects most normal people don't have their local vigilante population constantly dropping wanted criminals at their feet entirely unprompted.

Here is what’s supposed to happen: Tim retreats to Titans Tower to (figuratively) lick his wounds after being dosed with Ivy’s pollen. He’s out of his usual antidotes, and had accounted for riding it out on his own. Batman is off-world, and Nightwing is in Blüdhaven. This is not unusual.
But how it really goes is like this: Tim retreats to Titans Tower to lick his wounds. For a while, he’s alone.
And then a very much winged Red Hood breaks in with a gun to his head. Wow, Tim needs better contingency plans.

He’s shivering by the time he reaches Drake manor, early into the morning. He wraps himself in blankets and sits in the mirror room, staring at where his face should be, but where Robin’s is instead. The domino hides the eyes; despite that, Tim knows what’s—or rather, who—is behind it now.
It’s there, alone in his parents’ too-big-house, that he makes the decision to never tell another soul of what he knows. He is, after all, becoming very well acquainted with keeping secrets. Especially the dangerous variety.

This causes surprisingly few problems until, the absolutely-a-civilian Tim Drake offers to fake-date Impulse to help him out. Thankfully, Robin and Kon find the whole thing hilarious.
Hmm, thinks Bart, this Tim Drake looks awfully like Robin.
…. Is Tim Drake-Wayne a clone of Robin?
