Dick was silent. His head began to shake faster, his lips pursing. “No. No, no, you’re not real. You’re not there. Please, go away.”
“No, this is real. I’m real. You’re real. I promise.”
“No!” Dick’s voice was raspy, hoarse as she screamed. “You’re dead! You died! This isn’t real,” his screams became much softer cries. “It can’t be.”
