He just can't take all of the phantom pains, the sleepless nights, knowing his whole family/best friend hates and has already replaced him. This is the right course of action right? If everybody wanted him dead then why shouldn't he be?
Or
Tommy commits suicide after no longer being able to deal with all of his pain alone and a certain mystical figure that's been watching him since he was young decides that she'll give these people, the very rare for her, second chance to redeem themselves.

Tommy snapped his head up, eyes finding with the dark ones that belonged to one President of Las Nevadas. The grand opening had been weeks ago, he didn't attend.
The man had his hands around his wrists, keeping his hands away from the hair he hasn't registered he was tugging at. It wasn't a painful grip, it wasn't like when someone would harshly grab you to keep you from running away - it was soft. Caring, perhaps.
