That was the sanitized version Ang Lee got to hear. The more child appropriate version. Dumping the uncensored truth on an eight star old little angel would have been a sure fire way to scare him away. And for Malachia that would be a shame, to lose his little puppet this quickly.
The forbidden spell only did half the job.
The other half had to be done by hand. His tail, his horns, his wings. They all had to be disposed of. Removed from his body. He didn't have a surgeon on hand, so a friend with a good knife had to do. -
