Summary
“You saved me, Savage, in that scrapyard, when I barely remembered my own name. I would have died there, forgotten, if it wasn't for you.”
And if Maul is to be believed, and his little brother is a liar, but as those warm, brown eyes stare into his, Savage knows that Maul lies, yes, but not to him. Not about this, never about this, and if through and despite all his failures, he lived long enough to save his baby brother in that scrapyard, then perhaps those failures can be forgiven. -

She nodded, sitting down beside him, “Why are you up anyway?”
Lloyd narrowed his eyes “I could ask the same of you.”
“I had a nightmare. About… about my parents."
"Can I call you Dad, please?”

Summary
It’s Loki. He’s in bad shape, worse than when The Hulk smashed him into the ground in 2012, worse than when they found him after Thanos. His arm is cradled close to his broken, bloody chest, and his legs are crushed under massive boulders. His breath rattles in his lungs on the way out, and Steve knows with a sinking feeling that maybe this is something even the trickster can’t outrun.

Summary
Donnie collided with Leo in a tangle of limbs. There was an instinctive cling in return from his twin, before the realization sunk in.
"No." Leo breathed in his ear, immediately shattered. "No, no, no, no, no!”
Every muscle in Donnie's body was shaking like an earthquake from the amount of effort he'd just expended. The explosion caught up to them, sending the twins spiralling away into space and debris.
For one singular moment, Donnie allowed himself a burst of victory. His heart was still thudding a thousand miles an hour in his chest, having been absolutely terrified he wasn't going to make it in time. But he did. And he held onto Leo, his prize.
Then they hit the ground, the sudden tumble bursting them apart. Donnie felt the world spin, rapid and disorientating, before he slammed into something rock and cracking under his impact.
