Summary
When a stranger named Bucky slides into the seat opposite his own at the IHOP, Stiles’ life takes a detour he isn’t expecting but enjoys all the same.
This series is stand alone parts to the same verse. The parts do develop from one to the other, but could be read separately I suppose. Each part is marked with appropriate ratings.
Teen Wolf canon diverges after season 6/post canon. MCU is a bit of random things I like while ignoring things I don’t care to include. Superheroes are known, but the supernatural world is not.

Summary
The subtextual exploration of queerness in Teen Wolf Season 1 is deeply woven into its supernatural allegory, using Scott’s dual identity as a werewolf to mirror the tension between societal heteronormativity and the latent, often repressed, possibilities of queerness.
Scott’s struggle to reconcile his human life (symbolized by Allison) and his supernatural existence (embodied by Derek) mirrors the internal conflict of someone grappling with their sexuality —particularly bisexuality— in a world that demands binary choices.

Summary
Per Stiles’s instructions, the Hale pack is tasked with building their web of allies at a west coast pack convention. Which is...fun, right? As their first convention, they’re technically making their debut as a pack. It’s only been, what, seven years? This is long overdue.
Aka, The Hale Pack has a reputation. Told from outsiders’ points of view.

Stiles is shocked to discover that Derek moonlights as a Booktoker. What he finds even more shocking is the discovery that Derek uses it to promote his smutty books it writes under a pseudonym.

Summary
The story of how Derek, a borderline feral werewolf pup, finds himself having an unlikely affinity for a younger boy named Stiles—despite the fact that this kid might be the most annoying person in existence. As the years go by and hardship repeatedly strikes like a violent ocean against the shore, they realize that the only way to stay afloat in their chaotic world is by anchoring each other and learning to build despite the onslaught of chaos and destruction that Beacon Hills attracts.
[or: follow Derek and Stiles from childhood to adulthood, watch them be broken down just to rebuild stronger each time, and most importantly—bear witness to them becoming happy and proud of the people they are]
*Previously titled "Derek's Person." Now changed to be clear that this is a (Hale) pack-centric series—and while Sterek does take center focus in a lot of it, it is not solely a Sterek-centric series. The previous title reflected the first 6 short fics, as those were Sterek-centric, but the bulk of the series is about pack and what that means to each of the characters. Since the Hale pack symbol/tattoo is important, I thought this new title captured the focus of the series much better.*
