Summary

Armed with a disguise and gathering all her courage, she ventures into the world of the lower classes, discovering not only the horrible reality of those who are not Goetia, but, in its way, she will cross paths with someone she thought she would never have to see: Stolas and Blitz, saving her from some robbers. Hesitant at first to trust them, and with them not knowing who she is, Octavia will start learning that Blitz is not that simple, that Stolas is still trying to be the father she deserves, and that Loona can make her life pretty good, as she discovers everything will be okay.

Decide to flee from your family, have a couple identity crisis as a closeted gay young man, become a perfect example as a cleric, be too nice, end up as a the lapdog of an Archbishop, be successful but exhausted, get too friendly with the church wine, enter the mid 30s depression, fuck-up everything you constructed until this point, get promoted to Bishop as an excuse to be secretly banished to a weird ass town in the middle of nowhere…. and meet Blitzø, the annoying love of your life.
Stolas' plan at 10 years old of becoming a priest to avoid marrying Stella was absurd from the start, but he never expected what he would find when he arrived at Holy Water town as the new Bishop. Nobody trained him to do exorcisms!

Who the fuck is sitting at his table? Did this stranger just wink at him?
Or; having determined his dinner date is a no-show, Stolas is about to swallow his pride and leave when a stranger sits at his table and pretends to be the date in question. Is it out of pity or is he just hoping to score a free meal out of the opportunity? Either way, Stolas is in no hurry to go home... what's the harm in humoring his new companion?

“Simply dreadful, aren’t they?” A gentle voice came from beside him, making him jump. Blitzo whipped his head to look over at the person next to him and found himself looking up and up and up at a tall, leggy owl. When the fuck did he get there!?
He hooted, the sound reminding him of a giggle and Blitzo found himself flushing slightly. A heart-shaped faceplate that mirrored his black mask housed two bright ruby eyes. The feathers surrounding them were the color of moonlight, almost translucent and reflecting the crimson glow of those wide, glittering eyes. Two more eyes peeked out at him from his forehead, nestled in plumage the color of the night sky that swooped back above his heart-shaped face.
“You are a curious little creature, aren’t you?” He cooed, leaning in to get a better look at Blitzo by bending at the hip. He gave another hooting giggle and a sweet, genuine smile spread across his face. Blitzo crossed his arms.
What a fucking jerk. A sexy owl lookin’ jerk.

Summary

Stolas is smart, sweet, and lonely enough to find him charming—it’s easy for Blitzo to become enamored with him. When Blitzo is struggling with Fizz’s growing popularity, Barbie’s growing distance, and his mama’s growing medical issues, Stolas is always a safe place to land. But as time passes and their relationship becomes more serious, life only gets more complicated, and the future Blitzo desires feels increasingly out of reach.
If he can keep Mama and Barbie and Fizz and Millie and Moxxie and Stolas, he knows he’ll be alright. He can’t even bring himself to imagine the other option.

Honestly, Stolas would have struggled with loneliness without this small little facet of his existence interfering, and his last year at Pride Academy was proving to continue that trend...
In all of Stolas’ school career, he’d never successfully made a friend. Fortunately, he’d never had an enemy either.

The silence was so palpable that Stolas could have choked on it. He looked between Millie and Blitzø's grinning faces, then to Moxxie, whose expression thankfully mirrored Stolas' own surprise.
Moxxie blinked. "Excuse me?"
