Summary
Sonic the Hedgehog has been missing for over a month now. All his friends and family are out looking for him, but every lead comes to a dead end. Then Shadow finds a strange new badnik. So similar to both Metal Sonic and the real Sonic, the robot 'Zip' seems to be the key to finding Eggman and saving Sonic.
What nobody knows is the mysterious new badnik is Sonic the Hedgehog himself. His whole body has been transformed into that of a robot, no thanks to egghead and a failed variant of the metal virus. But with his mind still in tact, Sonic communicates through sign language in order to team up with Shadow and the rest of his friends.
But is there a way to turn Sonic back into the hedgehog he once was? How will the others react when they find out the truth? Is 'Zip' all that Sonic is now? And what are these feelings Sonic gets when he's around Shadow in this new body? Follow our heroes and watch this story of mystery, determination, and love unravel.

Summary
The turtles had seen plenty of unfortunate, painful mutations over the years. They just never thought they would have one of their own go through the same experience. But when Donnie saves Casey from a mutated fate, the genius is reborn anew as a turtle-alligator hybrid. Controlled by instincts and uncertainty, it will be a long and hard journey to return Donnie back to normal. But as time goes on, is that even a possibility? How much is Donnie willing to sacrifice to fix himself? Thank goodness he has his family and friends (and maybe more than friend Casey Jones) there with him.
A 2012 "bimutated Donnie" au inspired by the "Good Genes" episodes of the 2003 cartoon, with Karai and Splinter being good family members, a friendship between Leatherhead and Donnie similar to the 03 show, and some endgame Jonatello.

Casey Jones has been experiencing the struggles that come with being part of the Hamato Clan for years. Now, it's Donnie's turn to join the drama and trauma of the Jones family. After a frightful encounter leaves them both physically and emotionally scarred, Casey and Donnie need to find a way to convince Casey's father to accept their relationship if they're going to work out. And once that's done, the Jones family has a lot to do in order to get the Hamatos and co. on good terms. Eventually bringing the two families together is the dream. But it will take a lot of change to become a reality.
A story that starts off with a bang and shows how Donnie and his family grow to become part of the Jones' household over time. With heavy angst but eventual fluff and lots of feels.

Summary
Several months ago, vigilante Casey Jones cracked down on an unethical lab full of animal-human hybrids. He freed them all but found that the terrapin experiment needed his help to get back on his feet. So he takes the young man home with him and does what he can. As time passes, Casey can't help but notice all the similarities to his first crush, Donatello, who moved away years ago. At the same time, Donnie works towards adjusting to life outside the lab with Casey. Together, they work to solve the mystery behind Donnie's missing memories.

Summary
In the world ridden with beasts, monsters, and demons, an alliance of brave monster hunters is the only hope common folk have to be protected against the forces of darkness. Sonic and Tails, a pair of brave hero newbies, are sent to their first, serious mission alongside a somewhat experienced hunter named Knuckles, and must deal with a beast terrorizing Windmill Village.
Things are spun out of control once Sonic is bitten by the beast during an attempted ambush and gets turned into one himself, now balancing dangerously between the world of people and monsters.

At this point in his life, Silver was well adjusted to the ever-changing ways of the future. He full-heartedly believed in the butterfly effect after his experience with Mephiles, so with his constant meddling in past affairs, he expected there to always be something different when he returned to his timeline.
His own memories would alter with each shift of the future, but with careful journaling and open communication with Blaze, he learned to navigate the confusing order of events and understand what was relevant and irrelevant to his life.
But, interestingly enough, no matter what occurred, whether it be past or present, he could never remember his childhood. It was a blank chapter in his life he desperately wanted to fill. No one around him had any answers to help either.
His whole past was a complete mystery.

Sky turned around to observe their surroundings. Immediately, a rush of pure joy and disbelief struck him.
It had been over six months since the last time they had arrived at Sky’s home. He had found himself missing the lack of rain and the open endless sky that encased the entirety of Skyloft. Up there, the moon and sun were so close he could almost touch them. On the surface, however, it was the opposite. He could barely even see the moon on most nights.
But now that he was back here, all the waiting had been worth it.
