Summary
Katsuki and Izuku are supposed to be on a nice weekend getaway to the mountains to enjoy the autumn weather. They expect the perfect weekend of hiking, enjoying the fall colors, and maybe, just maybe, getting to confess some pretty deeply-repressed feelings.
Except the tension between them is so thick it could snap, Katsuki finds himself in the clutches of villains, and Izuku is still having a whole complex over not being ready to be a pro hero again. So it looks like the romantic vacation might have to get put on hold.

Izuku’s brows scrunched together, not sure what Katsuki meant by that. Until, he saw it himself, blackwhip sliding up from under the table, curling around Katsuki’s good forearm. It was just bracing it, much like what he’d done back during the war, when Katsuki had come back to him, soaring through the open sky to Izuku without a moment’s hesitation. Because he knew Izuku was there. That Izuku would catch him, keep him safe.
And then there was the slight blush growing on Katsuki’s cheeks, the inability to look directly at him anymore. “Izuku,” soft, quiet, possibly flustered, “quit it.” He didn’t sound like he meant it, not really, and Izuku’s head was swimming.
Or in which Katsuki is still injured and healing after the war, and it brings many things out of Izuku that he doesn't want to name.

The kidnapping and murder of two UA students upends hero society overnight, shattering nearly a decade of peace.
Dynamight joins the commission investigation under Hawks to (quietly) surveil the staff at the principal's request, under the guise of a part-time teaching position. Katsuki accepts to honor his alma mater, definitely not because imagining that damn nerd isolating himself with guilt makes his chest feel like he just got out of surgery again.
The hastily rebuilt dorms welcome him back, this time to the teacher’s floor, and Izuku is too close again, just like when they were kids. He still sucks the air out of a room, is still magnetic even in his grief, even if this Izuku who lives to teach and not to save is someone Katsuki can’t fucking figure out how to talk to anymore.
But Katsuki is a problem solver. He can work on that, and he can find this sick bastard and stop him from killing again—as soon as he figures out why Izuku is disappearing through his goddamn window every night.

That they finally finally finally understand each other. That Izuku doesn’t have to hide from Kacchan and Kacchan doesn’t have to hide from Izuku. That they’re everything that Izuku has ever wanted them to be-
And that’s where Izuku he’s been lying to himself. He’s too selfish to let this be everything that he wants. He’s too selfish not to want more. And really, how is he supposed to be anything but selfish when it comes to Kacchan? When his personal symbol of all things beautiful and heroic and good finally feels human and attainable and sees him?
How can Izuku not be in love with Katsuki Bakugo?

And when Aziraphale, unsuspecting of his schemes, came to lean down and press another kiss to his forehead Crowley would…do something. He hadn’t figured that part out yet. Ask him where he got the nerve to treat him like a child at bedtime? Yell at him for trying to kiss unsuspecting sleeping people? Pull him back for another one? Kiss him on the forehead?
The “after” part didn’t matter. What mattered now was catching Aziraphale in the act.
