Summary
In a world where the dead have begun to rise again, trust is a very rare commodity. Rarer, perhaps, than saving the lives of six strangers in the woods. But these people are… different, in many ways. Maybe trust isn’t actually that hard to come by.
So you take them in and learn to trust while dealing with things from your past. Can you learn to separate the things that happened to you then from the opportunities for companionship that you have now?

What difference is there between being born and being drawn? Though both should be a labor of love, to live even after the loss of one's purpose is a curse more painful than any other.
Rev just wanted to know the reason why his show ended up cancelled.
What he found in the place of the reason, however, could only be called hope.

Summary
Though he didn't know it, Tech was the first coyote in his line to successfully catch a roadrunner — just not in the way most tried...
Note: the second chapter is identical to the first, except that Rev's dialogue doesn't-do-this in the second and does in the first. I love when Rev's dialogue is made speedy like that, but I figured it was worth it to have a second version that's clearer. Enjoy :)

“What do you need the Loonatics for anyway?” asked Tech

Summary
This was a terrible idea. You shift in place, swallowing thickly.
“Your feathers look dull,” you say, a little too fast, “And frayed. That means you don’t get enough Vitamin D.”
“Excuse me?” He says, looking more confused than anything else. And his confusion makes sense. Because not only did this top-100 hero have a complete rando walking up to him at 3 AM, trying to stir up a conversation while he was probably trying to de-stress. No, this hero had to deal with a 3 AM rando intent on giving him a full health evaluation before they even gave their name.
