Danny's trying to recover all the shards to an entity's chalice so that it'll stop destroying the zone while tensions rise amongst his subjects- and trying to finish high school.
Tim's juggling his case load, his work as CEO, and does not have time to be embroiled in a sex scandal right now. If that means he has to pretend to date a very suspicious heir to a rival company, then so be it.
It's a mutually beneficial relationship. So what if Tim's becoming a little too intrigued by the illusive, powerful Phantom? So what if Danny can't stand the Justice League for leaving him to deal with all of Amity's problems when he was just 14? That's a superhero thing.
And their fake boyfriend has no clue that they're a superhero.

Cellbit definitely was wondering, so he can tell Richarlyson which kid to stay away from.

The young Hunter sighed heavily while tightening his hold on the towel that he had wrapped around himself. He could feel the disgust coiling deep within his gut the longer he stared at it but knew it couldn't be helped as he was getting older. Gon was already thirteen, so it wasn't a shocker that certain things were growing in certain areas. He had been lucky to have been able to purchase this dumb thing without Killua finding out. He just wished he could forget the clerk's expression when he'd placed his purchase on the counter.
Or Gon deals with dysphoria as he realizes his body's is growing and Killua is a good friend and helps him out.

It was already odd that the akademiya had accepted a disabled student as they can be very discriminating. So it was no doubt to him that Al-Haitham must’ve been an incredible person if the akademiya were willing to let him in. However, Cyno couldn’t be bothered by that fact.
The only thing on his mind was how someone could speak without speaking.
Alternatively: Cyno struggles to speak and Al-Haitham teaches him different ways of speaking without needing to speak.
