William Riker had a reputation- one that made people blush when they heard his name, and raise their eyebrows when he introduced himself in a bar.
Lieutenant Commander Data did not blush, and if he raised his eyebrows it was more likely an expression of confusion than sexual innuendo. As such, those who did not know better found it easy to assume that he had no desires- no emotions- that he could not be receptive to an amorous touch.
Well, Riker was not so feeble-minded. Riker did know better.

Summary
Aside from his family — and that includes Roland, Wat, Chaucer and Kate, whatever they or he might think about it — there are only two people who see Will for what he truly is. Edward, the Black Prince, and Adhemar of Anjou.
Adhemar. He sees Will for what he is because he refuses to see him any other way. To Adhemar, he’ll always be a thatcher’s son, a peasant, knighthood or not. He’ll always be a challenge. Will should hate that — he does, sometimes, when Adhemar humiliates him on the field of courtly etiquette, the only one on which he is at a true disadvantage — but hate doesn’t quite cover it. Hate shouldn’t thrill you. Hate might make you pursue your rival through the lists at tourney after tourney, but it shouldn’t make your throat heat when you feel his eyes on you before a battle.
Or, Will and Adhemar have an infuriating ability to pick up on each other's weaknesses.

Summary
The player's Salt Route run was successful: Every resident, bar from a few stragglers, have been done away with. Atop the mansion, Spamton asked the player if he made them proud, limping off back to his garbage can when they told him the truth. Desperate for a better ending, the player starts emptying their pockets of items before ultimately deciding to reset their save file altogether - and by freeing up all their pocket space, they unintentionally let loose a certain clown around town. A clown who, by sheer chance, saw everything Spamton was forced to do. In spite of the eventual reset looming over the save file, that same clown decides to pay his old trash-bound chum a final visit, hoping he can provide him with something less depressing than a lonely last night in a world doomed to destroy itself.

With a flourish, he pulls the title from the bookshelf and turns to face Edward as the shelf swings out from the wall—only to reveal a second, smaller bookshelf behind it.
Ed’s face is not flushed with awe, as Stede had expected. Instead, an indecipherable expression overtakes his features. If Stede didn’t know better, he might call it fond.
“What’s a secret bookshelf got to do with fucking?”
