Their parents are trying to hold it together for the sake of them but Quinn knows it’s killing them inside. Then one day a miracle happens Jack is found alive! Quinn and Luke is are over the moon astatic that Jack is found but they both soon learn that Jack isn’t who he used to be but at least they still have hockey, right?

To Ilya, it’s a death sentence. He’d had a broken tooth pulled years ago, and it was singlehandedly the most physically excruciating experience of his existence. He’d avoided dentists ever since, and even with Shane by his side, there’s no way he’d be able to do this. Yup, he was gonna die.

However long, the guy didn't look like a fresh graduate in his perfectly pressed chinos and light blue collared shirt, a gray quarter-zip fleece layered on top of it with his practice's name and logo embroidered on one side of his chest, his name embroidered on the other.

It might have been the pain thinking, but Ronan prayed to God that cavities would start rapidly eating away at his teeth, if only so he had more reasons to visit this guy at his office. Gaunt cheeked. Dusty haired. Blue eyed—and shit, they were pretty blue eyes.
Goddamn, he was perfect.
Dr. Parrish.
Dr. Adam Parrish.
And, in a minute or two, Dr. Parrish's hands would be in Ronan's mouth.
It was definitely not the pain talking when Ronan said, "Fuck me."

They’d had it planned out for at least two months. Well, Shane had, at least. His plan made the most sense: His parents were in Ottawa. They could drive, they had room in the house, and they loved Ilya.
Ilya had pushed back. He could drive. He had a big, empty house near the surgery. And he loved David and Yuna, but he could take care of himself.
They had argued back and forth for two full weeks, neither willing to admit defeat. But the dentist had been pretty fucking clear that the anaesthetic would be strong, so Ilya wouldn’t be able to drive himself anywhere, or even look after himself, for at least a day. Two days, in some cases, and he’d have pain and swelling for up to two weeks.
Ilya has his wisdom teeth removed. The sedatives have some unexpected effects, and Yuna feels like a mom again.

Summary
As she watched Rozanov skate half circles around Shane's unconscious body in the unnatural quiet of the Boston arena, Jackie Pike's heart raced. Her whole body shook as her brain struggled to make sense of what was happening. A few moments later, she recognized the Russian's expression. She'd seen it on the faces of other WAGs when their men went down hard. It was the physical manifestation of her recurring nightmare - Hayden motionless and bleeding after a hit, thinking she was about to lose the love of her life. Nothing else existed but that body lying on the ice.
This was exactly how Rozanov looked at him now, and the only possible explanation was love.

Especially since Shane can't come back until after he finishes a season defining game or else the industry might catch on to his and Ilya's secret relationship.
