Summary
“The feral souls you ‘stole.’” She adds air quotes on the last. “Disease or no disease, you know using more than one is banned for a reason, don’t you?”
“Believe it or not,” he scoffs, “I’m not quite as stupid as I make myself out to be.” He leans over the counter with a sigh, shoulders slumping. “I know what it’ll do.”The Brute Bomber has already issued his final challenge, but told Ardwin to meet him at the construction site the next day, instead of right away; after all, the Arcadion needs time for word to spread so they can rake in those view counts. Hoping to spare him, she barges into his apartment in a last-ditch effort to talk him out of it.

Summary
“If I may ask,” Sphene ventures. “You knew the Endless version of me, didn’t you?”
Their gaze snaps back to hers. “I- Yeah. How did you…?”
“Ardwin mentioned you’ve been having a hard time,” Sphene says gently. “And that you knew… her. She wouldn’t say anything else.”
Arkose winces. “Yeah. Sorry, I know I’ve been acting weird. It’s not really fair to you. But… well… we used to be friends.”
Sphene feels her heart seize in her chest with sudden, terrible hope. “I had friends?”
Arkose looks at her as if she’s ripped their heart out.
Her brief flare of hope curdles into coldness, sinking into her stomach.Arkose, a young Shetona with levinsickness from Solution Nine and a shard of Azem, once considered Endless Sphene one of their best friends - until she forced an ultimatum on them after they decided to stop wearing a regulator. The two of them never reconciled before she was erased.
Now, unexpectedly, they've been granted a new beginning: a version of Sphene who, they hope, might not have made the same choices. Who no longer has the same power over them. And who, for better or worse, doesn't remember them... but could very much use a friend. -

Summary
It feels like no time at all after she’s slipped into sleep when she feels Ardbert’s touch against her face. “Ardwin. Hey. Wake up – shh, don’t move. Pretend you’re still asleep. I think you need to hear this.”
Keeping her eyes closed, she listens, and the hushed voices of her friends become clear as they speak, clearly trying not to wake her.
“Have you all gone completely insane?” Alisaie’s voice nearly rises to regular speaking volume, only to be met with a chorus of shushes. Back to whispering, she continues, “She’s never going to agree to this. Not in a million years.”In the depths of the Tempest, Ardwin’s light poisoning has taken a turn for the worse. The Scions briefly contemplate some truly desperate measures. And with time now running out even faster than before, Ardwin (finally) makes a confession to a ghost.

Summary
Ardwin kneels beside him, eyes still locked with his as he wheezes, his lungs no longer responding properly.
“I’m sorry,” she says. “I hope it wasn’t too much of a disappointment.” The apology is sincere. As self-serving as his motives were, she can’t escape the sense that she still owes him for coming to her rescue.
“On the contrary, my friend,” he croaks. His lips curve into a smile, a serenity that Ardwin has only seen on his face once before. “’Tis true, I had hoped for more of a contest. And yet, I find I am not disappointed – I thought I had the measure of you, yet you still manage to surprise me. What an extraordinary gift.”The Warrior of Light turns down Zenos's duel, takes him out with a cheap shot instead, and sits with him as he's dying. AU from Ardwin's personal canon.

Summary
The Operator and the Drifter settle into a new routine after the Narmer Invasion. Taking advantage of the bridge between realms that is the Zariman, the two agree to build a functional relationship past the confines of The New War. Unfortunately, they learn too late the defining aspects about the other: the Drifter is too freakishly annoying, and the Operator is too freakishly responsible.
Meanwhile, the Lotus grapples with the newly clarified voices that have awakened within her. With Margulis and Natah constantly bickering in the forefronts of her mind — giving her more difficult a time than she's capable of masking — the Lotus turns her attention instead to the murmurs of an elusive fourth voice.
This is a story where the Operator and the Lotus both have immense trust for each other. This is a story where they do not regret loving each other, no matter how much they've suffered.

Summary
Stalker, sitting sadly by Jade's bedside, knowing she needs help, and stewing in his hatred for the Tenno anyway. "No one can help me.”
Hunhow: "Have you considered that you know a guy with the same Void Powers as the Tenno who didn't help murder the Empire you're still misguidedly loyal to?”
Stalker: "...Huh.”
Chapters 1-18: the “If only Stalker asked Drifter for help, but Jade still died” story that mostly follows along the events of canon but explores additional character growth.
Chapters 1-9, 19-38: the “If only Stalker asked Drifter for help, and Jade lived” story that focuses more on developing Jade and Sorren’s relationship. Because, well, actions have consequences.
