Summary
Everyone knows the story: a young kid sets out with a Pokemon or two with one mission in mind: become a master. In the process of catching them all and beating all the gym leaders, the kids befriend legends and change the world. But not everyone who sets out to find themselves in the world of Pokemon is a wide-eyed, innocent child, and not everyone sets out with hope for what they'll find. Some people set out on a journey because there's nothing left to keep them where they are.
Tyra Plamen is one such person. She didn't get a Pokemon when she turned ten. She rejected all offers, preferring to study the from afar instead. She talked of wanting to be a professor, but when she went away to school, it was Unova, not Kanto, and for teaching, not Pokemon. She came back to Camprhier Town alone, with purple hair, and broken, refusing to talk about waht she left behind. Her Pokemon journey is just about to begin. She'll face old challenges and new, make new friends, and learn things about herself she never knew. The question is, can she save the world this time? When will she stop missing the mark?
