Summary
"Acting Grand Master," Lawrence says, "we have another noise complaint."
Kaeya leans against the doorway, watching as Lawrence places at report atop Jean's desk. Sighing, Jean tiredly rubs at her brow, before offering a curt nod.
"Thank you," she says. "I will deal with the complaint shortly."
Pushing off the doorway, Kaeya saunters past Lawrence, picking the report up, and casually flipping through it. Jean shoots him a stern look, but does not tell him to put it back down.
"It's from one of the sisters," Kaeya observes, and reads aloud. "Perpetrator scaled statue outside church while drunk and sang loudly for three hours."
Lawrence lets out a delicate cough.
As Weinlesefest draws near, Kaeya notices a new mystery in the city of wind and wine — Jean and Diluc have been oddly permissive with Venti since the Stormterror Incident. Mischievously determined to get to the bottom of this, Kaeya soon makes a discovery that threatens to upend everything he knows. In the process, he must reconcile what it means to be Khaenri'ahn, and to love a city that belongs to a god.

Summary
“Aren’t you cold?” Jean asks dumbfounded.
“Nope," Venti says cheerfully. “I’ve never been warmer, actually!” He laughs, bells on Sunday mornings. “I forgot how it feels to have this much power. Don’t tell Master Diluc, but this might be even better than wine.”
Jean peers past him at the blizzard engulfing the city, drowning out even the angered roars of the monsters outside. “…What’s with the snow?”
“Yeah. About that…”
The Abyssal war at its most critical point, Barbatos is forced to gather more energy and therefore stops controlling the mild climate of Mondstadt. This leads to a multitude of events, including but not limited to: the first gathering of the Seven since the Cataclysm, a betting pool consisting of half of Liyue Harbour, Xiao's first and last time being an Archon and the invention of the saxophone.

Summary
Concrete and plaster rain from the ceiling, a cloud of dust billows from the floor to create a storm rivalling the Desert of Hadramaveth, and Zhongli raises a geo shield moments before a slab of concrete hurtles toward him, slamming against the shield and shattering in pieces on the floor.
From within the cloud comes a glint of purple and a low, dark laugh.
“Oh, xiansheng…looks like you don’t have much of a choice now, do you?” Childe emerges from the chaos, his hydro polearm crackling electro at the tip. “Don’t go easy on me. I won’t be holding back either.”
After one of Dottore's experiments goes wrong, Childe spends a week lost in the depths of the Abyss. Summoned to Snezhnaya to assist, Zhongli meets a darker, more tormented Childe than the one who left Liyue only weeks prior, tainted with an insatiable thirst for the Geo Archon's blood.
As Childe continues to struggle against uncontrollable transformations and his own dark urges, Zhongli contends with his own uncertainty in being able to assist before Childe is lost to the Abyss's call.
After all, how can one who is not human hope to help another regain their own humanity?

Summary
Nevertheless, despite his best attempts– which really, were pointless efforts he made just to say he'd made them– he sees his mother everywhere. This is a land she had shaped, not for the better, but with something like a twisted form of love. The nation is misshapen, injured, but the people are happy. They pray to her, and decorate the streets with effigies in her likeness.
He cannot understand them. His mother is not a person who deserves to be forgiven. She has hurt too many people with her divine hands for her to be worthy of worship. In this way, if in no others, they are similar.
Scaramouche returns to Inazuma.

“Obsessive behaviour,” Sethos lists off. “Low mood.” He looks down at the food in Hat Guy’s lap. “No appetite. Do you need to see a doctor?”
“Doctors are for people with organs,” Hat Guy says, sounding uncharacteristically cheerful about a categorically disturbing statement.
Two super normal guys sit in the Divine Tree.

Summary
“Oh, shut up.”
Before Kazuha could look up, a hand grabbed his scarf and dragged him to his feet. The Balladeer had closed the distance between them, his blue eyes now the only thing in Kazuha’s field of vision. Their sudden closeness chased away coherent thoughts Kazuha may have had.
“You walked yourself in here and spoke your mind, drunk or not. I’ve had many admirers do the same and fail. But you, Kaedehara Kazuha, you amuse me.” The Balladeer’s breath was hot on his face.
“A new human plaything would do me well. So, how about it?”

Summary
In the morning, the mercenaries wake her up as they stop outside Sumeru City to finalize their sale. Furina brushes herself off and gets out, walking to the entrance like she’s in a dream. She actually made it. The city is wrapped around an enormous tree like a vine. She’s never seen anything like it.
“Wow,” Furina says to herself. She’d be remiss to say her eyes weren’t a bit misty. “I’m actually here.”
“Move it,” one of the mercenaries says.
“You’re blocking the way,” adds another.
“Oh. Sorry.”
After the prophecy is fulfilled, Furina is sure of three things: she's aimless, lonely, and bad at making macaroni. So when Neuvillette asks her to personally deliver his letters to the Archons of nearby nations, she doesn't have any reason to decline.
It turns out that the world outside of Fontaine is a lot less forgiving. Furina will need some help if she hopes to make it back home unscathed.

“So you’re telling me,” he wheezed, wiping away a stray tear, “that you, the Archon of Wisdom, the many-centuries-old celestial, have no idea what to do with your nation after its most reliable researching system collapsed?”
Buer chucked a book at him.
Alternatively: Sumeru is in shambles and Nahida needs some help. So why not employ another immortal being who was conveniently stuck under her wing?

But moving on is never that easy, is it?
Turns out that fate still has many plans for him. His third act is far from over.
