Summary
Casey had always had scars. He had grown up with an explosive temper that resulted in many fights, many detentions, many sneers - which resulted in more fights. He had the scars to proove it; one drunk dick in a bar, one faulty piece of gear, one crazy ex.
Raphael had scars too, even more than Casey did. They were similar in that way. They were also different in that way.(bayverse Raph deserves a friend, and there is literally only one canon character who can fulfill that spot.)

Is it self-harm to ignore your body crying out that it needs medical attention? Leo doesn't think so. It's fine, it's normal even - for them anyways. It's not like they were Raph, they knew their own limits and they were sure they were fine. Just the life of the leader in blue, they dont want to be dramatic over nothing.
