Tony Stark has never excelled at interpersonal relationships of any type, but there are others who are even worse at this than him, like that idiot who forgot to mention that he wasn’t dead any more. This is the story of what Tony was doing while everybody else was handling the SHIELD “situation” and how he found out Agent Agent was alive. Okay, maybe this story is more complicated than that.
This can be read as a standalone story.

Summary
Abby Griffin wakes up in an unknown place with only vague memories of who she is and what she has done so far in her life. She soon learns she has been rescued from a destroyed Ark by a group of people who were searching for another home after their own became uninhabitable. Abby is told she is one of only a handful of survivors from the Ark, but she dreams of being on Earth, of trying to build a life there, of being in love with a man, Marcus Kane. She believes they are memories, not dreams, but none of the other survivors share them, including Marcus, who doesn't remember they are lovers. Is she deluded or are they? Who are the mysterious people who are hoping to start a new life on the now habitable Earth? Did they rescue her as they say, or is something more sinister happening?
This is based very deeply in canon but also diverges from the show obviously, although I can't say too much about where it diverges without spoiling the plot :)
