A soft voice joined those from long past, “Oh, I’m sorry, was the movie too loud? I hope I didn’t wake you.”The Ghoul turned towards the new voice. The Vaultie was perched on a couch, looking at him with concern. He followed the sound of his own voice proclaiming how the ‘likes of Joey Toro would never bother them again.’ A small Radiation King unit sat across from the couch, just to his left. It was playing The Man from Deadhorse.
Hell, he was in hell. The Vaultie had shot him like a dog in the street and now he was suffering for his life of sin. That’s the only thing that made a lick of sense.
