Nobody tells him anything these days, Tony fumes to himself as he breaks into a run down the hospital hallway.
By nobody, Tony means Steve and all the rest of them, but mostly Steve. By these days, Tony means his six months of attempted retirement. By anything, Tony means Steve has been getting actual death threats for all six of those months and Tony didn’t find out until Steve landed in the hospital today because, again, no one fucking tells him anything anymore and Steve is apparently hellbent on turning Tony’s hair even grayer than it’s already getting.
He needs to see Steve.

Steve and Tony and the motorcycle Tony built him.
"I don't see you divulging anything to anyone at S.H.I.E.L.D. and you would know if someone was spying on our conversations. Now hold on, baby. I'm carrying you to that lovely motorcycle you think I didn't notice you building."
Tony wraps his legs around Steve obligingly, and his arms around Steve's neck. "It was supposed to be a surprise for you. For when you got your license and motorcycle endorsement. Even though you destroyed it with some goon's body."
Steve hums, pressing a tender kiss to Tony's throat before adjusting his grip, his hands smoothing down over Tony's ass for a quick squeeze as he starts towards the stairs for the workshop. Tony yelps, legs squeezing tighter around Steve's waist. Steve chuckles softly and squeezes again.
"If you wanted it to be a surprise, you probably should've actually locked me out of the workshop whenever you were working on it, beautiful," Steve says, his voice pitched a few octaves lower than usual, a little more gravel to it towards the end.Bookmarked by leowcairo

“What if—” Steve doesn’t clear his throat this time. He swallows. And oh, Tony watches like it’s happening in slow motion, the tensing of tendons, the roll of Steve’s Adam's apple, the way his suprasternal notch collapses and fills as his esophagus works to, what, keep words down? Saliva? A moan? Steve blinks and the glassiness clears. The blush all but vanishes. “Never mind,” he mutters.
And that…that just won’t do.
Tony leans forward ever so slightly over the foot of the bed, further into Steve’s space by a fraction of an inch. Anyone else wouldn’t have noticed, but Steve does. He stares at Tony from up near the headboard, a plaintive expression deep behind his eyes, a problem that Tony can’t help but want to fix.
“Would you like my help, Steve?”

Steve gets caught attempting to take his first-ever dick pics. It's a struggle, he explains, because it brings up a whole host of lingering body image issues. Tony, very gallantly and not at all because he is in love with Steve, offers to take the photos for him.
