Theo goes to therapy, and his therapist suggests that he keeps a journal for six months. All is going well, even if it's a little annoying to write down his every day life - until he makes the mistake of leaving it somewhere for Liam to find.

Summary
Day to day life goes as normal, except that it doesn’t. It doesn’t, because Liam and Theo hasn’t fought in three weeks, spends their day with a quiet simmer of ignored awkwardness in the background, too polite towards each other and too quiet.
Theo doesn’t know what to do, doesn’t want to start a fight, feels like it’s Liam’s turn to pick a fight this time, even thought they’d never followed a particular schedule earlier, just picked fights whenever one of them needed it.
He doesn’t know why he can’t bring himself to do it. Thinks it might have something to do with the small quirk at the side of Liam’s lips, all the time, something Theo hasn’t seen since before he revealed himself as the first chimera. It’s intoxicating, seeing Liam as carefree as he’d been when he was fifteen, seeing his shoulders resting a healthy distance from his ears and his head held high.

It had seemed like a good idea at the time, but – and this, this at least, is something Liam should have expected of his life at this point – it all goes downhill a couple of months into their first year.
The first time he notices – really notices – any change, is when Theo’s cramming for his first minor exam, stressed and flustered and borderline panicked. Liam had spent twenty minutes trying to convince him Theo knew biology, that he had this, ‘you’ll nail it, Theo, stop stressing!’. It had worked for about two minutes –Theo’s shoulders losing the tension and dropping down to their normal height, the furrow between his brows smoothing out after days of being etched into his smooth skin – before Theo had groaned loudly and all but sprinted back into his room to continue cramming.
