The black material hugged him tightly, displaying how thin his waist truly was; allowing very little to be left to the imagination. His chest was partially visible, and even from here Vox was able to tell that it was covered in a vast array of cuts and healed over wounds that Alastor had obviously acquired at some point during his long time in hell. He was wearing a snug red super crop top with sharp shoulder pads, matching a pair of slim fitting crimson slacks that would remind anyone of his classic ‘Radio Demon’ look. The last little detail of the divine piece that was the man’s outfit was an adorable little black bow tie sitting proudly around his neck.
Vox wanted absolutely nothing more than to tear everything off until it was nothing but a pile of shreds.

Summary
Vox is a silent movie star struggling to transition into ‘talkies’ after the massive success of The Jazz Singer. To remedy this, his producer hires an aspiring radio singer, Mr. Alastor Hartfelt, as a vocal instructor. Immediately smitten by Mr. Hartfelt, but completely doomed, Vox tries a new nightclub where he meets a beautiful woman, Alice Starhart, known for her beautiful singing voice, red coat and tight buttons. By some cosmic joke, Alastor and Alice tell him they are brother and sister. Vox finds himself in a love triangle with the brother and sister pair, completely torn between his feelings for them.
Only to find out…they might be closer than brother and sister.
Aka 1920’s au with a genderfluid Alastor and Vox in love with both versions. Loosely inspired by Singin’ in the Rain.

“I think that is rather the point,” Alastor says, slowly, like he’s talking to an idiot.
Valentino is fed up with Vox obsessing over their captive but not following through and decides to push the issue by drugging him. It changes nothing, and everything.

His acting is on point, but he feels the shift in his own brightness, knows it’s all over his face. It’s a pure, unbridled splash of embarrassment, one that denounces the disinterest and confusion he’s been pretending to have.
Or: Vox is presented with a last chance to submit on his own terms. The fact that it's to Alastor is just a coincidence.
