Summary
What if Fuyumi and Natsuo used their quirks to support Touya and mitigate the damage his flames caused? Endeavor still chased after the perfect child, but the tension between the oldest three siblings, the youngest, and their father proved to create an incredibly hostile environemnt.
Touya goes on to become a hero working at his father's agency while Shouto uses the cover of a violent villain attack to run away. He finds a surprising support in the form of Giran and finds himself connecting with the League of Villains over their shared distaste for hero society.

On hiatus, no motivation :)
After the events of Penacony, a caged bird has gotten the chance of freedom. At the cost of its only warmth. Wandering out with clipped wings under the stars of an Infinite universe it never has been before. With built up past mistakes taking over its frail body, turning into regrets and sorrows.
Can an injured bird heal and fly to skies again, being where it truly is meant to be? The bird asks the stars, its almighty glow showering the fowl in delightful light.
There was no answer from the stars, it was only met with an icy breeze.
It was alright. Sunday already knew the answer, didn't he ask that same question once before?
How foolish, he turned his heel away, entering this small room of his temporary quarters.
Although what he didn't see at first, the stars shined brighter. Even brighter than before.

Or, Sunday searching for "Warmth", not knowing a certain group of past "friends" are unknowingly waiting for him to accept their invitation to their family.

Summary
The cruelest thing about the Nameless was that they made it so easy to pretend that Sunday belonged. They fed that greedy, stupid, childish thing that cried out from within him, tossing enough scraps of amity for him to piece them together into something that felt like home. The curtains only closed when Sunday lay awake at night and stared at the ceiling of the bedroom that wasn’t really his, and he remembered that it started like this and could only end like this: with him, alone in the dark.
Sunday is found by the Astral Express Crew after fleeing Penacony. He accepts their offer to join, and realizes that
a. fitting into this tight-knit group is likely impossible
b. trouble finds the Trailblazers no matter where they go.or, the chronicle of the Astral Express trying, failing, and trying again to fit Sunday into their family.

Aizawa isn’t sure where the sudden gravity has come from. “What do you need,” he says, not asking.
Todoroki shakes his head. He looks out over the dimly-lit room, to the windows crowded with darkness, to the world that’s been grinding them into a fine paste since they first met at that gala years ago, when Aizawa was still young and broke, when nobody really knew who Backfire was yet.
“I need you to take care of my little brother Shouto,” he says. “He’s going to be in the class you’re assigned this year.”

Couldn’t they see? Shouto didn’t need help.
Or Shouto refuses to accept help, and his teachers and classmates try to reach out to him, hoping to get him the support he so desperately needs.

Todoroki was patently uncertain, had opened his eyes just to stare down at his shoes with what Shouta could only identify as discomfort. He was still routinely scrunching the sleeves of his uniform, lowering his head so that his hair fell over his face.
“A training mishap,” Shouta echoed, tone carefully neutral. “That’s what you want to go with?”
While out on patrol, Aizawa gets hit by a Quirk that allows him to feel the pain of anyone he comes into physical contact with. It isn't a big deal - conversely, it wouldn't have been a big deal, were Todoroki not sporting hidden injuries.
