Summary
When Majima receives a personal invitation to join Kiryu on a Hawaii vacation to celebrate his full recovery, he isn't worried. Majima fought a giant squid and lived to tell the tale, surely he can handle sharing a hotel room with the subject of his unrequited affection for the past thirty years. Things are going fine, until Kiryu starts offering to buy him drinks and people keep mistaking them for a couple. Majima was starting to think that giant squid hadn’t been so bad, after all.

They’re still part of the underworld, so they can't exactly pal around all the time, you know?”aka these lines made me wonder what Joongi and Zhao got up to between Y7 and Y8 / aka Joongi’s Y7 drink links but with Zhao, and with less alcohol (but more violence)
Key features: Joongi enduring the dangers of assassin work, Zhao trying his damnedest to look after him, so many dog metaphors, Joongi living in a perpetual state of Identity Crisis, Zhao and Joongi fighting in every sense of the word, vague emotional resolution (but it is there!)

Joongi's– Yeonsu’s?-- love language is gift giving. Zhao's is obviously cooking. This leads to a continuously escalating exchange that they read as just trying to one-up the other until Seonhee tells them to get over themselves and just kiss already. And then they do. And then some. And they still try to one-up each other, because they are nothing if not stubborn, competitive idiots.
Key features include: Zhao being a plant gay, Seonhee and Joongi dyeing each other's hair, zhao trying to be patient and failing spectacularly, Joongi having a sweet tooth, ZHAO'S NIPPLE PIERCING, food being too spicy and joongi suffering through it, murder boyfriends being soft, murder boyfriends being sad, but not too sad!!, zhao knowing joongi's old name, did I mention zhao has a nipple piercing, joongi being obsessed with zhao's hands and voice for some reason, zhao being a big fucking softie and doing a terrible job at hiding it

It's not so much a fully-formed plan as a want, when the idea first comes to Dorian.
The Iron Bull returns to Skyhold, axe slung over his shoulder while he swaggers into the courtyard as though he's some great conquering warrior, vitaar painted across his chest and shoulders and back in intricate patterns.
Dorian greets him before he can run off to do anything other than take a much-needed shower, the lug, and he lays his palm flat over Bull's stomach because the rest of him's covered in bloody poisonous paint. Bull grins down at him, and Dorian knows later that they speak to each other, but all he remembers is the thought that eclipsed all others — how he’d wanted Bull to take him in his arms then, and how bloody awful it would’ve been to be poisoned because of it.
