He's handling it as well as could be expected when he finds himself in a Batcave that is unfamiliar to him, a world that is unfamiliar to him. Superman is still alive, Dick is still talking to him. The Justice League has been around for years, not months. And there is another Batman, who wants more answers than Bruce is willing to give.

Spidey hadn’t made it to patrol since getting that text message. As much as Wade valued their time together, he could understand that sometimes, too much Deadpool left a really bad aftertaste in one’s mouth. It had been a perfectly reasonable assumption that the webslinger was doing his own thing on the opposite side of the city, and he’d come crawling back to Wade when he needed a good laugh or a midnight meal, or both.
Wade should have questioned that logic. Three days wasn’t a long time to take a break from someone like Deadpool, but it was a long time to be missing.
There was a small, folded-up square of paper alongside the costume. Wade felt like he was cracking open a fortune cookie, only instead of some vague shit that applied to everyone and no one at the same time, it was two words scribbled in thick sharpie.
‘FIND ME’.

“He can’t lie,” Arthur supplied, walking further into the room and standing behind Merlin, pushing his head off the book roughly. Merlin squawked and glared at him before shaking his head and turning back to Gaius.

Homecoming AU.
Ben and May divorced before Peter’s parents died, so when Ben is murdered Peter goes into foster care. It takes just a tiny taste of superpowers for Peter to decide he doesn’t want to put up with his horrible foster father anymore—the streets are infinitely more appealing. All he wants is to be Spider-Man anyway.
So he leaves.
Simple.
Simple, that is, until Iron Man needs Spider-Man’s help. Taskforce 141 is the only squad composed of exclusively revenants, individuals who gain powers after dying once. Ghost is the revered revenant Lieutenant, who's powers are unknown to most and are only referred to as "Limbo".

MacTavish stares at him, struck silent. Ghost inches his knees apart and tries and fails to keep the smirk off his lips when his captain’s eyes drop. He watches as MacTavish’s throat bobs, swallowing heavily before he rasps, “I’m not gay, Riley.”
Ghost nods easily. He doesn’t spit the word, at least, doesn’t cringe away at the mere suggestion. Just a statement: he’s not gay, so he hasn’t considered asking a man. “‘S alright,” he grins, lilts his tone into something blithe and oblivious as he bends his knee, frames the bulge in his leggings just so — “More for me, I suppose.”
