"I don't really smoke, but thanks," Ari said with a small smile, pushing a strand of her dyed red hair behind her ear. She took the cigarette from Jecka's hand, though, and studied it for a moment before taking a tentative puff. The bitter taste filled her mouth, but the sensation was strangely comforting.
