Summary
Raphael is twelve years old and has a rocky relationship with his younger brother Leonardo. It has nothing to do with the fact that his little brothers are growing up and don't need him as much. It most certainly has nothing to do with the fact that Leo can make a lot of jokes that don't feel like jokes after a while. That it gets to the point where it feels like Leo doesn't even like him. All he needs to do is have a good day with Leo, that should help smooth things.
Or, my take on how a certain phrase between Raph and Leo came to be.

“Come on, Mikey. We’ll be home soon.”
Mikey barely reacts. He peels his fingers off the wall and crosses his arms tight over his plastron. It looks like he is hugging himself. The fact that he won't meet their eyes causes the three older turtles to exchange confused glances.
“Everything alright?” Raph asks.
Mikey nods. Then shakes his head. Then nods again. His head retreats a little into his shell until only his eyes are visible.
“We are brothers.” The whisper is barely audible.

Set during "The Evil League of Mutants".
Because suddenly finding out that you are actually genetically related to your brothers doesn't change anything. But at the same time, it's kinda a big deal, isn't it? -

Raph blinks, glancing up at him. The gaping surprise makes his tear-sticky face feel funny.
“The one I just got? Leon, it’s—” Ruined, he can’t bring himself to say. He can’t even bring himself to look at it.
“The coolest thing ever, I know,” his little brother says enthusiastically, pushing the door open the rest of the way and hurrying inside. He snatches the jacket up off the back of the chair it’s resting on and holds it out at arms’ length, admiring the details. “Honestly—can I be honest with you? I didn’t think much of it at first, like, when I saw it in the magazine. But after your modifications?” He whistles low, something he learned to do specifically to annoy Donatello.
“Modifications?” Raph says uncertainly.
“Yeah! DIY style is big, you know! And ripped clothes are in.”

Summary
Donnie hadn't been kidding when he'd offhandedly dubbed their missions 'episodic mystic hi-jinks, because this is something Mikey sees far too often in western cartoons and tv shows. Which, of course, means it was only a matter of time before it happened to them.
'It' being that his older brothers have been turned into toddlers.
Or: Mikey is the Big Brother for a day and learns (or rather re-learn) a few things about his siblings.
Or: the obligatory Turtle Tot episode we were robbed of.

Summary
After a messed up patrol leaving Mikey injured because of the three brothers's actions, Splinter punishes them from going to the surface until they can learn to work and adapt with Michelangelo together.
It is then that Donatello created a drug called the BIO (Bionic-Intelligence-Organism) that boosts Mikey's intelligence, his behaviour and his strength.
Hoping that this will lift the punishment up, the three brothers went along with the plan and tricked Mikey into eating a pizza with the drug in it and soon the formula works
For the time being, the BIO transformed Michelangelo for the better as he is more matured, a lot smarter, stronger and even better at things
But as the drug gets stronger and stay longer in Mikey system, it begins to turn him into a different person, something cold, something opposite of who Mikey is...Something sinster
Will the family find a way to reverse Mikey back to his natural self or will this dangerous new Mikey be their downfall?

Namely, how unlike the other members of the family that were lost in the Apocalypse, Casey didn’t know anything about him, like the rat was a stranger to him. Could it be that he had messed up so much as a father that not even his own family wanted to remember him in the future?
With that realization, he sets off to do one thing: fixing those relationships before it’s too late.

Donnie was shaking as he stared at the ghost of his brother, horrified.
"R-Raph?" his voice was quiet, almost broken.
The unstable smile that the snapping turtle wore on his face cracked slightly at the sound.
"Hey there, little brother," he managed out as his pupils glazed over with tears.
Now, Don always had been a turtle of logic and reason, but in that moment something appeared in his eyes, something too complicated for Raph to understand, and he moved, seemingly without his mind comprehending it. Donnie bolted straight at him and threw himself into Raph's arms.
