Summary
In which Boba Fett is a farrier, Din Djarin is his new apprentice, and Cobb Vanth works at the nearby dude ranch and always seems to be hanging around. Each of them is terribly attracted to both of the others. None of them has any idea how attractive he is to either of the others. They're going to be idiots about this.
Suggested by a discussion in a Bobadincobb Discord server I belong to, and set in a not-all-that-accurate-because-I-don't-have-the-bandwidth-for-that-much-research present day-ish Wyoming. Wyoming? Why not?

Summary
They settle at a table on the edge of the room, the Marshal leaning back in his seat to analyze Din. “You got a name, stranger?”
Din can’t help but raise an eyebrow. So he doesn’t recognize him. “Din."
“You can call me Cobb. I’m Marshal of a small town a ways away from here. Not much to do out there,” Vanth says with a grin.
“Not much to do here, either,” Din tells him.
“Oh,” Cobb says, grinning sharply at him, “there’s enough.”
Din Djarin, no longer donning his armor, visits a club in Mos Eisley and encounters Marshal Cobb Vanth, who doesn't seem to recognize him. Din makes some poor decisions.

Customers had trickled in slowly. Cody had considered many career paths: bounty hunter (it ran in the family, didn't it?), bodyguard, waiter, but had been content when he settled on blacksmith. It was one of the few parts of his old life that didn't draw attention.
Most of the time he had orders placed at the stall and then he'd complete them at home but people had warmed up to him more when he did quick fixes: broken necklaces or blasters not cleaned properly. He had become a general fix it store much to his own resignation.
Eventually, even the children had come to him asking him to fix toys and games and he obliged with a smile they didn't see but could hear in his voice.
So, no customer surprised him.
Well, until now.

What should have been a boring recon op quickly turned into a wild chase across the galaxy, always a few steps behind this mysterious warrior and his small son. When you discover the kid’s powerful with the Force and being hunted by Imperials, the stakes get even higher.

The palace had environmental protections, but no filter in the galaxy had been built that could withstand Tatooine’s environment, and the recent sandstorm left a fine grit hanging in the air of the throne room as Din entered. Peli’s warning was rolling around in his head: Himself has been throwing a tantrum out in the desert. No, I don’t mean -- not like the old slug used to, all blasters and rancor pits and whatnot. Just. Well, Din, he made Evan Eightfingers cry. I don’t really like Evan, myself, but that was a little much is all.
So Boba might be in a mood, but Din would just have to deal with it. He needed the work and the freelance jobs on Nevarro had dried up. Give it a few months and there would be work that didn’t require signing up with the New Republic, but until then he had to go somewhere else to earn the credits he needed to replace the Razor Crest and Boba had left a message for him recently about potential work, and even setting all of that aside…
Boba had left a non urgent message in one of the drops Din checked regularly. Of course he’d started making his way back to Tatooine.
