Summary
It all started with a suggestion from Natasha - which should have been Steve's first clue that it'd end in trouble.
She suggests a BDSM club that allows photostatic veils for anonymity, knowing Steve has growing desires he's been desperate to explore. Of course, she didn't bother to warn him of three very important facts:
1. Bucky Barnes is a member of this club
2. Bucky Barnes is apparently gay
3. Bucky Barnes is a domSteve is stunned when he comes face to (veiled) face with Bucky Barnes himself his first night at the club. His brain malfunctions. Surely, that's the only reason why he does the incredibly idiotic thing of accepting Bucky's invitation to play with him.
He knows he shouldn't - but what will one night of lies hurt? One night to scratch the itch, to get Bucky Barnes out of his system once and for all, and then Steve can move on.
Except when Bucky keeps giving him chances for more, Steve finds himself unable to walk away.
Like Steve said before... trouble. Unfortunately for him, he's always been a magnet for that kind of thing.

Summary
Steve has always been one to be at the lead of any fight, despite being all of five-feet-four and 125lbs fully clothed and soaking wet. So it’s only natural that he’s trying to fight off the weird aliens attacking his city - and so what if he’s already got one arm in a cast, he’s not gonna run when there’s so many aliens and only a handful of military and superheroes fighting in comparison. Sure, it might result in his death, but he’d already outlived his life expectancy anyway.
The absolute last thing he anticipates the outcome to be is to find himself pinned against a wall with Captain America’s tongue shoved down his throat and his ass leaking like he’s in heat.
But he’s not gonna complain about that turn of events at all.

Summary
EMT Steve doesn't like firefighters. They're arrogant, more muscle than brains, and everyone falls over themselves for these supposed heroes. He really can't stand them, and doesn't understand how his friend and colleague Wanda can be attracted to any of them.
Firefighter Bucky going into an unsafe building with an oxygen tank that's low is just more proof of their stupidity. But when Bucky comes out of the building cradling a tiny cat to his chest, Steve can't help but be a little endeared.
It doesn't change anything though; firefighters are still the worst.
Or that's what he tells himself, even as he goes to check up on the cat later that week.
Definitely to check on the cat, not because he wants to see Bucky again. He certainly isn't disappointed to hear Bucky has transferred to another firehouse.
It's also what he tells himself when Bucky shows up to work at Steve's firehouse the next week. Steve doesn't do firefighters. No matter how cute. Right?
Unfortunately, Bucky turning out to not be as bad as he initially thought - and maybe also his tendency to walking around half naked at work - makes it a little harder for Steve to stick to his story.

Summary
Being part of the Wakandan King's Guard was a job Bucky never thought he'd fall into. But apart from the uniform, it was a great gig, especially since he got to stare at Captain Steve Rogers when the changing of the guard occurred. The same Captain who six months earlier promised him the night of his life then disappeared, ignoring him after.
So when Bucky ends up on duty with Steve, he wasn't expecting to be recognised, nor was he expecting a rogue intruder to interrupt his less than platonic thoughts.
First save the palace - second get the guy?
Or was there some other plan in motion that Bucky didn't know about?

"Mm, see, but you don't actually know that," James says, shaking his head, but looking amused. "Not until you taste this. You might hate it."
"I've been your audience, though. I've been right here watching you make all that," Steve protests, grinning. "I've seen your cooking focus and how you use your hands and everything. There's no way this won't be amazing."
There's a pause after Steve's words. It's probably a very brief and barely noticeable pause, but it feels long and mortifying to Steve as he plays his own last few sentences back in his head.
"Glad you think I'm good with hands," James eventually says, ending Steve's misery, but making him flush even redder.
(Or: Natasha hires a private chef to cook Steve's birthday dinner. Steve's not too sure about the idea of a total stranger in his apartment on his birthday, but Chef James is incredibly attractive and very charming. He also seems oddly familiar. That might just be because Steve has met him before.)
