Summary
Oxfordshire Council Community Services Auditor Aziraphale Fell has never expected much from happiness. Some people seem to find it naturally. He has always assumed he is simply not one of them.
Then the council sends him to audit the Bentley Lending Library, a small library in the village of Tadfield that they are considering closing.
He expects to spend a couple of weeks gathering evidence, writing a report, and moving on to his next assignment.
Instead he finds books, battered computers, inadequate heating, and a small community that has formed around the Bentley.
And then there's Crowley, the Bentley's Head Librarian.
A quiet story about finding a place to belong and discovering that a life can change through the accumulation of very small joys.

There is definitely something worse than having to plan an entire art exhibition centering around the precious inherited painting you’re too broke to hold on to with your hereditary enemy, and that is doing all of the above while being hopelessly attracted-to and most definitely despised-by said hereditary enemy.
When art-critic Anthony J. Cleaver-Crowley finds himself in such a predicament, he can only hope entrusting Cabanel’s Nemesis, once belonging to his late grandfather, to the angelic hands of esteemed curator Aziraphale Darcy-Fell is the right thing to do.
He’ll just have to set his prejudice towards the Darcy-Fells and his totally minor crush on the man aside. And hope he won’t make too much of a fool of himself in the process. And keep the Cleaver-Crowleys’ reputation intact.

All things considered, Aziraphale Fell is doing a good (half-decent?) job. He’s been raising Adam, his nephew, for three years now and he’s almost figured out the mysterious and complicated art of parenting (almost).
So it really doesn’t help that Adam and the daughter of the new single dad in Tadfield seem hell-bent on not going along. It also doesn’t help that said new single dad is rather… well, dashing, as it were. And annoying. But mostly dashing. No wonder Mr Crowley works as a model.
How very inconvenient that, when Adam and Pepper are threatened with expulsion, Mr Crowley suggests he and Aziraphale join forces to help settle their kids’ differences.
It’s a good idea and it’s not like Aziraphale even likes the man, so there won’t be any distractions. Why, he doesn’t even think about Mr Crowley that often. Almost never really. Well…🎄🐇 NOW COMPLETE 🐇🎄
