Summary
Beneath him, through three-and-a-half feet of dirt Axel hadn't gotten to in time, there is a faint thud. Then a desperate, wretched scream.
"Shit!" Axel yelps, instinctively going to climb out of the hole.
Then he remembers.
"Fuck," he whines. "That's my job, isn't it?"
---
OR: following his father's death, Axel (OC) decides to take up the family business. Which, just so happens, to be helping people fake their deaths.
OR OR: Learning how to live as a normal ass teenager when your side hobby includes digging up people who people think are completely dead. Oh, and also Jason Todd becomes a substitute teacher, Tim Drake is a teachers' aid, Duke Thomas is there for the memories and Damian is there because his father won't let him be anywhere else.- Language:

Summary
April squinted. "I'm supposed to drink that?"
"Yeah, that's the idea," Dick confirmed.
"But it's hot."
"That it is."
"Won't it burn my mouth?"
"You can always wait for it to cool down a little, if you want."
"Then it defeats the purpose of a hot chocolate."
OR: Reimagining Consequences by TimmyTurnerIII because they abandoned it and I don't want this little kid to die like Jason Todd

Summary
Word spread quickly about some "Phantom Rider" like a legend, tales told over campfires and in hushed whispers throughout the bases. Perceived in acts of respect and fear in equal measure.
But it takes a Ghost to know a ghost.
(Based around one of my OCs, and exists within the lore and context of the Modern Warfare reboots.)
Series
- Part 1 of COD Modern Warfare OC: Cipher

Summary
If there was anything that didn't belong on a military base, it was a young child with little shame and even littler self-preservation instincts.
Yet somehow, Task Force 141 never got that lucky.

Summary
Dick likes having siblings. He loves having siblings, he loves being a big brother. He used to beg his parents to give him a younger brother or sister, pleading with them to give him someone to play with, someone to teach tricks to, someone to protect. He loves it.
Most of the time.
“Psst. Dick. Dick! Wake up!”

Summary
The waiter walked over. "Why are you inspecting a marshmallow?"
April held up the white thing that now coated her fingertips in powder. "You mean this fucker? The one coated in coke?"
"Corn starch," the waiter corrected, sitting across from her in the booth. "Don't tell me you've never had a hot chocolate before."
OR: A homeless kid finds sanctuary in a diner, gets shot at and saved, and then ends up becoming the favourite child in the Wayne extended family
OR OR: another OC fic because I don't like romantic OCs but I do like writing broken children :D
(This fic has been abandoned and is up for adoption)
