Then he heard her fall and he immediately looked back. His heart stopped. He felt his stomach doing flips.
The shot that the hunter had let off had hit her. Her scream had been hidden under the sound of the gunshots.
She looked just like Sarah. Ellie had the same little gasps of pain, her breath rapid.. Her hands weakly held her stomach where she’d been hit, doing little to hold the blood back.
It was all the same. Like some terrible nightmare.TLDR// ellie is the one that gets hurt during Autumn. the events of winter are different with this little change. lots of hurt/comfort <3 remake of an older fic i did with the same premise.

Anakin was enamored by the very concept of lovers as two halves of the same soul, fitting together perfectly in almost every way imaginable as if they were made for one another. And while Anakin wanted almost more than anything else to know who that person was, he couldn’t fathom it being anyone but Obi-Wan.

It’s a fifty hour straight drive from Kansas to Alaska. Factor in some stops, sleep, and oh yeah, bad luck courtesy of Chuck himself, and Dean knows they’re looking at probably a week-long drive at least. But it’s not all bad. Long open highways, diner stops, peace and quiet, and a meteor shower Sam mentioned off the cuff sound nice. But then again, a week in the car with a brother fond of chick-flick moments? Dean knows he’s in for a few conversations along the way too.

Summary
They came to know their affections like an illness; they were moths fluttering around the tendrils of an open flame, and the night they fell together happened so naturally, as if the universe had been waiting for the right moment to excavate their emotions and lay them bare. There was no grand gesture of affection, or quivering tension set ablaze by conflict, only the inevitable confessions of heavy, burdened hearts. It’s a story that can’t help but begin, can’t help but to spin itself from start to finish, and then over again; love comes in different forms, and Anakin and Obi-wan were intimate with them all. And in a way, they had always known, always bled into each other until their organs ran in union, lungs and brains working as one. They were the ultimate team, intimate in a way that few people would ever experience. Having grown into men together, survived war together, cried together, laughed together—love was unavoidable, really.
But this is not a love story—because it can’t be.
