Izuku rolls his eyes, shaking his head, “And that would be who’s fault again? Remind me.”
Katsuki feels the guilt build in his chest, he knows that he fucked up. He’s always fucking up, “Me- Fuck. I’m sorry, Izuku. I didn’t know what to do, I only did it because you wouldn’t. You’re too damn good for that, too kind and I didn't deserve it. You wouldn’t-”
“What makes you think that?” Izuku asks, “If I wanted to break up with you, I would’ve. I love you, Katsuki, I-”
“You love me,” Katsuki intercepts, not letting him finish whatever he’s about to say because there's only one thing on his mind, “you love me, that wasn’t past tense, you still love me?”
“Of course I do,” Izuku answers, as if it was the dumbest question Katsuki could ever ask.

“End of the exercise,” Katsuki is still disoriented when Aizawa’s voice resonates around them. “The purple team wins.” He lies there while the simulated city dissolves into the bare training room.
The chatter of his classmates animatedly rings towards him, but it is Deku’s outstretched hand that catches his attention. Without hesitation, Katsuki accepts the offer, allowing himself to be pulled to his feet.
“Oh, I see you have worked on your inferiority issues.” Deku remarks casually, his grip lingering over Katsuki's hand.
Katsuki takes a deep breath, concentrating on counting to ten in his head, just like his therapist taught him. It annoys him, how fast Deku can get under his skin.
“I want a rematch.” He declares firmly.
Deku tilts his head, as if he has been taking mental notes. “It seems it is not perfect, yet.” He muses, an infuriating glint in his eyes.
Katsuki can hear Denki snickering behind him, and his hands twitch from the urge to blast something, or someone, as quickly as possible, thank you.

“Kill me.” Is all Bison can push out. He’s no longer fighting against Kant, rather begging him now to put him out of his misery. “Kill me, kill me, kill me.”
“I love you.” Is all Kant can say.
Bison doesn’t respond, his entire chest shaking from the cries. Forcefully, Kant takes the knife from him, tossing it across the room before he gathers Bison in his arms, hugging him close.
Bison struggles against his hold, his fists hitting and slapping at Kant’s chest as he tries to escape. Sounds of frustration alongside his crying are heard, but Kant can’t find himself to let go. Not now. Not ever again.
Bison soon slumps forward, his face pressed against Kant’s chest, his tears soaking the fabric, his fingers gripping the bottom of his tank top in a tight hold.
“I love you.” Kant says again, just as forceful as before. “I love you and I won’t ever stop.”
“You’re fooling me,” Bison sobs. “You’re tricking me again. You’re lying.”
