Summary
Nobody is exactly sure where this new group of heroes came from. As far as the public was concerned, they had just appeared one day out of thin air. Most people immediately wrote them off. After all, a group of wannabe pros getting cheap hero licenses and trying to make it big isn't exactly an uncommon slight in the industry. They would probably crash and burn by the end of the week, most people said with a scoff.
By the end of the week they already have made the national news four times now. Once for managing to build an entire agency within a week, once for taking down an A-Class pro known for trading blows with All Might, once for making the world record for lowest recorded fine for illegal quirk usage, and once for breaking the world record for youngest licensed pro hero to make the top 25 charts. Most people now insist that they always knew they were up and coming stars and they were rooting for them since the beginning.
Most people are already talking about how they're already well on their way to replacing All Might as the new pillar of peace. Too bad nobody told any of them that they were supposed to be role models.

I must warn that English is not my native language.
Edmund Pevensie was one of the 4 kings of the Golden Age of Narnia. Crowned by Aslan as Edmund the Just, he ruled Narnia for 15 years, then left, although he would return on other occasions, but the train accident killed them all. His friends and family have gone to Narnia's last battle, but he has sins to recover from. Self-loathing consumes young Pevensie, and Aslan gives him a chance at redemption, with a new life in a land with dragons, fine swords, sorcery, sacrifices, dark gods, and ice zombies.
A life that begins in Westeros, in the year 114 after the conquest. Like the youngest son of a magnanimous but powerless king, watching his two families fight in the game of thrones. A story that will deal with the redemption of a person and a world.
Warning: Daeron Targaryen (Edmund) will be a practically invincible swordsman in 1 vs 1 fights, at least, as a teenager-adult. Although much of the general darkness of Martin's world will remain, as it is one of its main attractions, and fear and betrayal will be present, do not expect so much death. Or maybe yes?

The hero commission is growing anxious at the technology Academy City has, it certainly doesn't help that they have their own combat forces and refuse to share any of their research. Perhaps they're planning an invasion?
Negotiations begin, but with the hero commission walking in with a knife behind their back, did they really expect their blatant threats to go unnoticed? It will be fine though, their investigations say these "espers" aren't all that strong.
Class 1A is allowed entry for a field trip, for the first time in history people with quirks are allowed to go inside the city state.
The events of A Certain Magical Index are going to be slightly out of order, and due to world differences, some aspects of the original story will be altered to fit this new setting, so consider it an AU. This work will also mostly be focusing on the conflict between Academy City and the rest of Japan with the magic side's intervention being minimal. If I had to write for them too I'd never finish this story.
