Naruto is a genius when it comes to Fuuinjutsu. He's also the biggest idiot when it comes to the art that has ever walked the world. He'd be able to do anything he wanted with the seals if he just had the patience. He doesn't have the patience. He also has the attention span of a particularly bored monkey and the memory of a goldfish. Combine those three and a new style of fuuinjutsu was born. The most dangerous style there is.

She felt the desire to prattle all but tear at her throat, and clamped her mouth and then her eyes shut tight, willing the babble back, waiting for the blow.
