So when he walks into the council chamber and see with his eyes Inumaki 'mad dog' Kishibe and his infamous nephew, he prepares accordingly.
Inevitably at some point of the discussion, he dramatically rolls his eyes behind his white bandages.
Here it comes. The boring speech about obedience, legacy, loyalty and whatnot.
But Kishibe doesn't do that.
Instead, he ignores the elders and turns to Toge.

Taph loves his wings, he doesn't like anyone else seeing them however. For they are admittedly tedious in his daily life, ever since becoming forsaken they've only became more tedious, which lead him to hiding them even more. Hopefully nothing bad happens to them.

He was the picture-perfect example of battle ready, even if he was panting a little more than the last time they’d gone head-to-head. And Sonic just laughed, grinning wildly. It visibly threw Shadow off, burning red eyes flicking from Sonic to his own claws and back to Sonic, his mouth slowly going slack from its previous twisted expression.
