Maybe there was more to Orpheus' song than Dionysus had given it credit for.

There is some action, but the primary focus is character interactions and slice of life.
This fic started as a one-off joke (chapter 1) and just kept growing.

Ren Amamiya and Futaba Sakura get dragged into another world by an entity trying to get rid of the Trickster. Now trapped far from home, they need to survive and find a way to get back to their own world.
That would be easier if it wasn't for the Chimera that threw a 12-year old kid from the top of the St. Louis Arch, and the fact that their only lead to some answers are that same kid (that somehow survived the fall) and his friends (also, one of them is part goat?).
Thank the gods all of his time in the Metaverse made Ren a mythology nerd (And Futaba was a nerd already), so they have where to start.

Ren thought he was done with weird things. No more Shadows to beat, no more Treasures to steal, no more cells and rehabilitations and long-nosed men. He was going back to his hometown with his record clean, and he hoped that the weirdest thing in his life would be his cat telling him to go to sleep early everyday.
Nothing is that simple. When your hometown is a giant beacon for spirits of all kinds, some with less than good intentions, you can't turn a blind eye if people you care about can get hurt.
After all, he is a Trickster and a Wildcard. He isn't one to look away when there's trouble. Who knows? After all, his life's journey is far from over. There's a lot to learn, a lot of people to meet, and a lot of good to do in the world.

Those cursed words resonated in his mind as he opened his eyes. He nearly fell off his chair, making Ann and Morgana look at him. His Third Eye was no longer in effect, but now he could see, he could even hear It clearly…
A small, blue elephant standing on two legs, wearing an orange robe and spraying water on the student. The elephant suddenly let out even more water as he shouted: "I can't hold it!", as the student got up with shaky legs and asked Kawakami if he could go to the bathroom.

Using Third Eye in the real world has some unexpected consequences. Even when you think you already understand every weird part of your life, it can get a lot weirder in just a few seconds. Especially when you suddenly learn of the existence of spirits capable of influencing humans.
