Siffrin laughed again. “But it doesn’t matter anymore. I’m stuck because my wish is fighting the King’s wish, right? I think my wish is taking priority over the King’s since it’s more recent and has more intent, but if neither wish can be fulfilled, then there’s no way out.”
“Surely you could just ask–”
“If neither wish can be fulfilled,” Siffrin continued, talking as if Loop didn’t even speak, “then I just have to break the wishes.”
(An ACT 5 scenario where Siffrin realizes that the only way to break a wish is to erase the wishmaker, and Loop must do whatever they can do stop them.)

Summary
Odile is a young woman pursuing a study in astrology when she finds Siffrin washed up on the shore near her home. She ends up growing up alongside the boy, not quite raising him but its enough that the two see each other as family. The island is forgotten, her research collapses and the duo head to Vauguarde in an attempt to figure out what exactly is going on, getting stuck in an endless loop of the same day over and over.

Summary
A Tale of Stars And Time is a crossover AU/AT that combines both Undertale and In Stars and Time. Originally inspired by a few memes/fanworks of Siffrin in Undertale, this concept does exactly that – take the characters from ISAT, shove them into Undertale and see whatever the heck happens next.
The general plotline involves Siffrin going through their usual time looping shenanigans in their own world when, mysteriously, a strange grey door appears in a hallway that definitely wasn’t always there. Upon closer inspection, Siffrin and co. are suddenly thrust into the very beginning of the Underground. They are soon met by Frisk, a strange child with more to them than meets the eye. Now, the six of them will journey through the Underground, meeting familiar friends and dangerous foes, with plenty of surprises along the way.
A new play is about to begin, so get on stage, stardust~!

After the party's first encounter with The King, time doesn't loop back. Bonnie, the sole survivor, runs out of the House in a panic to find that everything else has already been frozen in time... everything, except a weird not-sadness star person.
Loop doesn't know what they're doing- time should've looped back by now- but until it does, they're going to help The Kid and get them outside of Vaugarde, beyond the reach of frozen time.

u/NerdIsabeauTrutherThere's been plenty of controversy over the post made by OutOfTheLoop that details a supposed secret character in Changing Times in a Frozen Land named "Siffrin," and I felt the only reasonable course of action was to see if I could verify their claims myself.
I can now say for certain that Siffrin is a real character, so here's a pseudo-tutorial on the steps I took to unlock them.
