Summary
After a chance encounter in the woods at night, Daichi is catapulted into a rapidly changing conspiracy in which Oikawa has missing time in his childhood, Daichi's father is part of a secret government agency, Tendou doesn't seem to be human and, mostly bizarrely of all, the boy's ghost hunting adventures go viral when Kenma posts videos of them online.
Daichi probably wouldn't hate being internet famous with the four other volleyball captains if it didn't seem to also come with ghosts at the edge of his vision and uncovering something deeply, fundamentally wrong with his family.

Summary
Ten years ago, Sawamura Daichi was responsible for the introduction of an incredibly potent drug to the black market. Upon realizing how dangerous the effects of this drug, dubbed "Flight," could be, Daichi and his conspirators - Oikawa, Kuroo, Ushijima and Bokuto - mutually agree to never share the recipe with anyone else, and to never sell it again.
However, there are some people out there that would kill to get their hands on a drug so addictive it could turn an entire city into a paying customer. And Daichi - the only one of five that split from a life of crime to pursue decency - is considered the weak link by those who want to get their hands on the drug.
When those who wish to get to him do so by going after Sugawara Koushi, they accidentally incite a city wide war as fingers are pointed, sides are taken, and Daichi cashes in favours owed by the most powerful men in Tokyo.

Summary
Japan is uniquely prepared to handle a tsunami - hell, the word tsunami comes straight from their language. But Nature has a way of creating freak accidents - earthquakes that aren't predicted, warnings that are sent too late, and waves just a little bit higher than anything even the great city of Tokyo prepared for.
The Karasuno team had been spending a summer weekend beachside in the city, celebrating the end of the school year when the tsunami hits. Daichi, Suga and Kiyoko are in the roughest parts of the torrent through the city. Kageyama and Hinata are trapped and facing rising waters in a beachside shop. Asahi, Noya, Tanaka, Yamaguchi and Tsukishima were further in the city - the wave doesn't slam then as badly as the others, but the rising rapids are tearing everything apart.
The team has faced everything together, but this is something nobody could have prepared for. Deep emotions bubble to the surface under tense and terrifying reality, but it may be too late to address any of the tensions between them as the floodwaters rise and sweep away hope after hope of an easy recovery. The city of Tokyo is underwater, and it's taking the Karasuno team down with it.

And a devastating accident is exactly what they get, coming face to face with the worst of what America has to offer.

Summary
Sawamura Daichi is not the greatest friends with the other captains he's met, but he manages to get convinced to attend a day trip of hiking and picnicking with Bokuto, Kuroo, Oikawa and Ushijima. Disaster strikes quickly, though, as on their way back down from the mountain they take a wrong turn and end up trapped down the bottom of a steep hill that Oikawa, with a re-injured knee, is unable to climb. Without cell reception, water, food, or a map, the captains are left to navigate the forest and survive the night alone. "Captain Bonding Day" is far more literal than any of them wanted, as they have to fight for survival and to make their way back to the teammates anxiously waiting for news on their safety.

Summary
The plane crashes halfway to Australia.
Daichi had planned the graduation trip to Brisbane with Kuroo and Bokuto expecting for the experience of a lifetime, but what they hadn't anticipated was hitting the ocean with such a force that almost every other passenger is killed on impact. They don't expect to wash ashore with Ushijima and Oikawa, having been travelling for their own purposes on the same flight. And they don't expect the island of Alamagan to be entirely uninhabited, with not only no access to the outside world, but limited resources of any kind.
If they want to get back to the people they love, that have no reason to believe they've survived and do not expect to see them again, then surviving is the only option. But surviving the plane crash was a miracle. Surviving the island will be a trial of endurance, strength, and mental fortitude unlike anything else they've ever faced.

Summary
The captains have a reputation for getting into the most insane shit when left unattended together, so it's no wonder that when they try to haze their new friend Kita into their little captain collective, the universe decides to get in on it and give Kita a proper welcome to the squad. Including rainstorms, violent raccoons, creepy truck drivers, itchy rashes and his ever growing hunger since they didn't let him eat dinner before they kidnapped him.
Aran, by contrast, gets his own sort of hazing as he tries to navigate the captain's friends and partners who don't seem at all surprised to find out they went missing in the night in the mountains of Hyogo prefecture.

Summary
Tendou Satori has learned to live with the fact that he doesn't have what anyone would consider an attractive face. This wouldn't normally bother him, except now detail-oriented, perfect Ushijima is analyzing his face and producing every overly apparent, crooked flaw in precise graphite strokes.
Ushijima has learned to live with the fact that he doesn't have the ability to read faces, attractive or not. But there's something about Tendou's that he can't put his finger on. He simply cannot get the drawing right.
