Summary
Ikumi Midoriya wants to be an ordinary girl. This is difficult when you are just over three metres tall and resemble a mixture of a fox and shark. Still, Ikumi won't let such things get in the way of her becoming a Hero.

High school was supposed to be a chance for him to figure out who he was and what he actually wanted to be
Then he passed the UA exam. That wasn't right. That wasn't what he planned at all.
He either needed to resign himself to playing the same old roles for another few years or find a way to break the cycle before the stress broke him.

Summary
Some ideas on how the future of canon could unfold, both for better and for worse.
The series as a whole is canon-compliant up to Ch. 423 of the manga, with the point of divergence (related to the fate of OfA) happening immediately afterwards. Note that many of the major events in the series could still occur within canon due to the underlying factors still being present.
Now has a TV Tropes page.

Summary
Izuku must learn his place in a broken and cruel world. He must learn the cost of being a hero. He must learn the cost of changing the world to his own image. In a world divided by factions vying for control, oppressive governments, and sympathetic villains, Izuku must decide his place amongst the chess pieces. He'll have to decide what to make of the broken dreams and shattered faith of an indifferent world. He'll need the power to rise above the mire and muck of despair.
Thankfully, he was never quirkless.
Sometimes quirks hide until they are triggered. Izuku tasted death and found it lacking, every flavour bitter and lacking spice. In the moments between death and life, he gazed into the howling abyss and it followed him home. Everything he thought he knew about the world is a lie. There are monsters lurking in the dark below, always waiting and always watching.
They wait patiently, waiting for one to sit upon a throne of crystal madness and eternal suffering. They have waited for aeons and will wait until the end of eternity.
They wait for Izuku Midoriya.

Summary
“I want,” Bakugou says, “you to wake the fuck up. Make teachers look out for their kids. Don’t put up with any kind of violence—this should be a fucking safe space for kids. And the little shit-stains who think they’re above the rules because they’ve got a fancy quirk? You deal with them, too. Quirk usage is illegal. Physical assault is illegal. And yet I saw all that and more when I was here—I did all of that and more when I was here.”
The principal stares at him. “You’re saying you wanted us to give you detention?”
Detention. Like that would have done anything.
“I’m saying,” Bakugou says through gritted teeth, “that you should’ve expelled me.”
Or: how Bakugou became an anti-bullying advocate.

"You can't rush art!" Ashido scoffed. "And Midoriya is nowhere near ugly, especially after my handiwork!" The pink girl stepped in the middle of the Common Room entrance, hands on her hips as she projected her voice in announcement. "Everyone! Get ready to meet the new and improved Midoriya!"
Uraraka and Momo stepped out from behind the wall, and trailing behind them, holding their hands was-
Oh.
Oh shit.
Bakugou's stomach turned uncomfortably. An indescribable warmth exploded within his chest, making its way up to his neck and face as the figure stepped out shyly.
No fucking way that was Deku.Or:
A game of Truth or Dare makes Bakugou realize feelings he didn't know he had.

In the final chapters of the book, Iguchi had written:
When Dabi finally did his big reveal, after the shock, I guess it made sense that he was another family’s older brother. It finally explained the pieces of him that we tried to guess at.
He was Fuyumi's big brother.
It could’ve-- should've been their life.

Summary
Izuku is five years old the first time he's saved by heroes. He's an instant fan of the woman in pink with her cheerful smile and the man with his ice powers and fine-boned features, even if they both refuse to tell him their names.
For most of his life, Izuku has been the centre of villain attacks, but he has never been injured. Every time, he's saved by bright, unknown heroes—heroes who smile at Izuku, and ruffle his hair or ply him with hugs, and seem mesmerised by how small he is.
Heroes that the rest of the world doesn't believe exists.
