Nope, nope, he's filing for custody NOW.Meanwhile, Technoblade has been in the foster system for years, the only comfort from the horrors of it being his best friend/basical brother Skeppy, and their secret Minecraft channels.
And now he's told his older half-brother, who he barely knew anything about, and who apparently just found out about his situation, actually wants him. Techno just hopes they won't have a belt. Wait- DREAM?!!?!??!?!...Can Dream and Drista get their new little brother to believe it's safe?

Ok so this is my first attempt at a wide range of AUs based on some headcanons I have about the Nether, Nether species, BadBoyHalo's species, and more.
But a basic summary of this one is:
Technoblade is way younger than most of SMP thinks, and only Bad (also Sapnap) knows, because netherkind have their age indicators. And Bad is a Netherkind too.Techno is an UnClaimed cub on his own.
After a battle triggers a flashback of things Techno would rather not tell anyone, Bad (And Sapnap) finally takes action.

Technoblade shivered in the wooden cart thingy he'd been locked in. When he'd seen a reward up for him, he'd been terrified.
All these years running around the wilds on his own, and now finally his older half brother had found out about his existence and captured him in a matter of months.
He was dead.
Meanwhile, Dream actually doesn't hate his little brother's guts. He's actually pretty concerned when he meets the little one.

He once tried asking his father, the king, why some birds have strings tied to their feet. But all the man he's grown to call ‘Your Majesty’ and never ‘Papa’ did was make sure he'd never ask again.
But Techno was curious. So he did, he did ask again.
It ended with him being locked in a cellar with a racing heart and a bruise on his cheek. That story is one he'll choose to forget anyday.
That's why he talks to Phil, even if the crow, of course, never utters anything back. He walks the bird through how his day went, and how it's going to go for the following weeks. Monotonous. Painfully monotonous.

Summary
They tried to put them in different homes once or twice but stopped trying after Techno ran from his ‘home’ to his little brother’s. They lived on the streets for a week before the cops found them and brought them in. It was a hard week for them, they had to scrape together food with the little amount of money they had. The last two days before the cops found them, they only had like two protein bars that the last of the money got them.
If it weren’t for his little brother, then he would have given up by now. His little brother is the only light in his dark life right now, the only one he would do anything to protect. Even if that anything is kill.
And if protecting him meant he took all, and he meant ALL, the beatings from his abusive foster father, Techno would do just that.
Or, Techno and Tommy are in a abusive house hold with an drunk foster father. Luckily Phil is there to help.

The portside city slowly grew smaller as the ship sailed forward. They were massive, sprawling metropolis, so different from the small landlocked village that Techno had been so desperate to escape. The first time he’d seen one, it had looked like salvation, and filled him with dizzying relief.
Relief that quickly dissolved back into panic. As it turned out, pirates did nothing for free, and being ‘rescued’ came with a cost.

And when he looked into Phil’s eyes he didn’t like what was in them. He thinks it was concern, concern for Techno? No that couldn't be right, there was no reason for him to be concerned for Techno. He hasn’t told Phil anything about what was going on at home or at school. Why was he concerned? Did Techno let something slip when he was here yesterday without him realizing? What did-

Summary
A story told in a possible of three parts, though it might not be that simple.
Tubbo and Tommy are from the same herd, they practically consider each other brothers. A group of soldiers from the Western Hold tears their flock apart, and the two are separated. Tubbo wants his brother back. Tommy just wants to go home.
Technoblade was captured early in the war and is being used as a soldier for the Western Hold against his will. He was prepared to wait for his family to wreak havoc and pick him up along the way, but now he's been faced with a young calf named Tommy who's lost his herd to the war.
Phil and Kristin are doing their best to bring Technoblade home. They've gathered troops, they're rescuing Western deserters and centaurs left and right, they've pulled together the Eastern Gates into a force to be reckoned with. Along comes what they expected to be picking up a new set of defenseless foals. What they didn't expect was a single, stubborn, wild calf called Tubbo who would do anything to bring his herd mate back.
