It will also involve much more cannon Forgotten Realms lore than most fanfiction does, as I was sucked into a rabbit hole while trying to do only cursory research for this and have now taken accuracy around my eventual smut as a challenge.
I will update the tags as we go along but Durge has intense intrusive thoughts, Raphael did horrible things to Enver, they're going to kill a loooooootttttt of people, and -eventually- Enver and Durge hold hands.

Summary
As the only remaining Jedi, Leshana is in the run from the Sith empire especially being the only one to scar the Vampire Sith Emporer Vellioth's face. In retaliation, he has many bounty hunters searching for her and orders Vampire Sith Lord Cazador to send his Spawn Apprentice, Astarion, out to capture her.
Instead things take a turn and the pale elf ends up being roped into her plans to take down the Sith Empire, and he secretly plans to use her for him to take over the Empire instead. Until Astarion genuinely falls for Leshana, foiling his plans.

When Zagreus starts to attempt to escape from the Underworld something in Hypnos snaps. Hypnos wants to escape too. He doesn't want to be lonely anymore. When Chaos offers to send him somewhere where he can start anew, he accepts. What he didn't know was that by accepting he would get sent to another world, have a mind flayer parasite shoved into his head, and suddenly find himself the leader of a bunch of people infected like him. Hypnos is in over his head, but with his merry band of weirdos by his side at least he isn't lonely anymore...

This story is about Arthur Thornwind, the Bhaalspawn of Baldur's Gate 2 and a high harper. He is over 400-500 years old. He is married to Jaheira and his best friend is Minsc. The story takes place in Baldur's Gate 3. After the events of of Baldur's gate 2. He went out to destroy the other bhaal cults, till one of his men betrayed him. Causing him to be taken control by his father Bhaal, he killed his crew, then begin to lead Bhaal cult. For the next 100 or so years, he was under Bhaal control. Unable to control his body, but force to watch. He basically done almost everything the dark urge has done in Baldur's Gate 3. He also remembers everything he was forced to do unlike the dark urge. Now he is free, and is trying to make amends for what he did and stop the absolute that he help create. He also looking for his wife, who he hasn't seen in 100 or more years. As well get back to his home Baldur's Gate.

Unfortunately for the vampire spawn, it's not so easy to seduce the Stone Lord who seems entirely oblivious to every advance. But Astarion is nothing if not persistent, and as Minsc is neither turning him down nor walking away...
For the noble and heroic Rashemaar, romance isn't really a language he speaks - no matter how hard Boo tries to explain things to him.
