Summary
Welcome to the stage of Commedia Dell'Arte! A stage built for one and only star: Dimentio, the Charming Magician.
After being upstaged and having his role stolen by an imposter, Dimentio is none too happy and has exploited a loophole to gain an extra life and therefore an extra chance to return and get what he wants. All the while, Bowser and Luigi's wedding plans are on hold due to Dimentio's return, and it doesn't help that King Boo has his own game he's playing to win Luigi for himself.
Meanwhile, Kamek and Mario seem to have gotten rather close. Why are they talking about bugs so much? Are they even paying attention to Luigi getting kidnapped again? Who let them be friends?

This story came to me after watching the horrible Death Battle of Eggman vs Bowser and all the inconsistencies that users make and Death Battle.
3 months later and Eggman returned but in a changed form due to the events he suffered while being dead, Eggman returned and is willing to do anything to regain his honor and his Empire, no matter how cruel it may seem.
Warning: This story will deal with sensitive topics, if you don't like it I don't recommend watching it, but if you want, go ahead.
Don't worry Bowser, I'm not going to kill you, then they'll resurrect you because I really can't stand the idea of seeing a child without his father, no matter how unbearable, irritating and horrible that preteen of yours is, canonically I can't stand that idea, not like you, heartless fucking turtle, who with you, your son, Kamek and troops almost killed Rosalina and left the Lumas without their mother.
Although I revive you more because Eggman, being a villain, does not deserve the pleasure of killing you permanently.

Fine, it seemed it didn't matter how he did it, just that they were there. They were loyal, and would follow his every command... except unbeknownst to him, Mario retained his sense of self. Dimentio's magical influence is strong, but Mario's will is stronger, he must find a way to defeat this monstrous god that resembles his very own brother, without being caught, lest his own free will be lost as well, and they all fall to the twisted king's command forever.
