After Horde Prime's defeat, Princess Entrapta accidentally activates a hidden First One's contingency plan and a locator beacon while snooping around inside of the Crystal Castle, which links with the imprisoned Skeletor through the remaining Tech left in his body after Eternia's own victory over the Horde.

Hordak will be back at Horde Prime’s side but he won’t have Entrapta. Entrapta will have access to limitless knowledge about the wider universe but she won’t have Hordak. As they come closer to completing the portal Hordak and Entrapta have to decide if their project is worth finishing.

“ADORA!” Catra desperately tried to get Adora to wake up, but her consciousness was already fading. “You can’t give up. You have never given up on anything in your life.” She paused for a moment. “Not even on me. So don’t you DARE start now.”
Adora’s eyes fluttered for a moment. Catra held on to her tightly. “I’ve got you. I’m not letting go.” Tears streamed down her face. “Don’t you get it? I love you. I always have. So please, just this once… stay.” Her voice cracked. “Stay.”
Adora’s shield formed in her hand and then disappeared. Her eyes opened, staring up at Catra. Her voice was barely louder than a whisper. “You love me?”
“You’re such an idiot.” Catra laughed slightly, and saw her love smiling up at her.
“I love you, too.”
Catra hesitated before cupping her hand on Adora’s cheek and kissing her. In the moment, nothing else mattered, and it was just the two of them, together. They started to glow, superhuman, as the failsafe for the Heart activated.
“I’m sorry.” Adora’s body went limp against Catra’s.

Fine As Spun Lilac was so fun to write that I set up a poll on Tumblr to see if there was interest in an Entrapdak fairy tale series and to see what I should try next. Cinderella won. However, the Cinderella tale type is vast, and I treated it more like a grab bag of tropes from the ATU Fairy Tale Index.
In all the years Lord Prime had reigned as emperor, he had only taken one empress. It was many lifetimes ago. Before she died, she made one last request of him. And because he felt generous towards her, he swore at her behest that should he decide to marry again, it would only be to someone more beautiful, more accomplished, and more cunning than she. Confident in her own qualities, the late empress was convinced she had bound him in an oath never to wed another and died satisfied. After that, he thought little of his promise other than to view it as an amusing challenge. Until he comes face to face with Entrapta, and unfortunately for her, she meets the requirements. But she's far from helpless. She and the princesses call upon an old tradition to stall Prime's proposal and buy time to stop him. And so the game begins. But where is Hordak? And why study time so closely?

Tensions are growing, especially after what Chelli and Entrapta (known as Apta for short) overheard one recent night. This will all come out into the open after they meet an android woman named Rouge Redstar, helping her fight powerful war machines which shoot deadly lasers, causing fissures among the crew of the Darla Angel which cannot easily be mended, and changing all of their lives forever, especially those of Glimmer, Bow, Adora, and Catra.

They had everything they needed for season 6 and still decided to make terrible financial decisions. This is my hat in the ring to fix it and take some of these things to their logical conclusion. May the Muse bless me, and God have mercy on my soul.
That being said.
After the fall of Hoard Prime, the best friend squad (Catra now included) embark on an entirely new quest. To bring magic back to the universe. As usual they find out pretty quickly that they have no idea what they're doing. Luckily Catra has conned Entrapta into helping, and if no one has any direction Entrapta will find it. In the void of Hoard Prime a new BigBad^tm will take his place. The BFS steals an even bigger ship capable of helping in their quest called The Arcanium. The stakes will be higher, the villains more competent, the power ups flashy, and lore exposition the likes of which this show never saw. So come along (for my hubris) for fun, angst, shenanigans. and decisions that will literally make or break the universe.
