Summary
He barely slept that night, curled on his side in a room still foreign to him. It was a random guest room in his teammate’s house, but it had more life in it than his whole apartment. His walls were all light and cold, every room looked perfect like it was ripped out from a catalog, no life visible in them. He had two moods, either being a perfectionist or giving no shit about anything, there was only one room where the latter came to the surface, his bedroom. The sheets crumpled together with three blankets thrown onto it, the pillow lying in the middle of the bed, which he usually hugged to his chest. His scent was only recognizable in that room, but not happy there either, he had to let his guard down when he was ‘home’, he had no energy to keep up the act of being all happy forever, but also he couldn’t let people see him in the state he was in when he was alone.
-_-_-_-At first it was Dominik's father who expected a lot from him, then it was he himself who wouldn't be satisfied with less then perfect and now it seems to be the whole world. Maybe it's time for him to learn how to break.
