Alternative universe where the survivors and killers are kidnapped by the Spectre into a mental institution, claiming its for their mental health's sake. The killers are in a seperate area in the institution, but at night, the "wall" that blocks the survivors from the killers is released and thats how theres rounds.
All of them have some form of mental illness, ofc, but like not severe enoguhto be in mental hospital. spectre is just fucking with them.

This follows Bo (an OC) who is in the mafia and works under mafioso, he is also uhhh schizophrenic. I, myself am not so I probably have written it inaccurately. :L
I haven't really fleshed out a plot for this and don't know how long it will go. User Asilly_billy is writing a work with the same OCs but a different plotline to mine. Their OC is Alexander and mine is Bo, go check it out if you'd like to.
