Scarlett is a little girl that is tired of playing by herself, her mother hardly gives her the attention that she needs, and her father is a very tired and over worked man. he tries hard for his family, but it never seems to be enough for his wife.
After a particular nasty fight between her parents and not wanting to be around her mother, who is in a foul mood, Scarlett takes to staying outside and decides to go on a little adventure to help clear her mind. she takes to the mountains, home of the monsters.
After falling into a hole that leads into the mountain, she quickly discovers that the stories that her father had told her where all true!
the monsters are scary, or they try to be? Scarlett finds their accents funny and their tough guy like routines to be just as amusing, all the monsters might be a little rough around the edges but all they need is a little love.
