The plot revolves a mutated sorcerer that the turtles and Splinter attempted to stop from destroying the city but the evil sorcerer suddenly used the wrong spell on Michelangelo and send the turtle twenty years into the future where mutants are public enemy number one and things turn out to be bad in the future for Mikey's friends and family
The future brothers have changed for the worst and the family is no longer together ever since they thought Mikey perished and with the terrible sorcerer now ruling New York City with an iron fist
It's up to Mikey to help his brothers and get back to his own timeline and save the future before it's too late

he could feel it. a yawning, aching weight settled at the very center of his soul, presumably as a side-effect of traveling through time. but it’s been weeks since the invasion, since he was thrown into the past, and it still hasn’t gone away. if anything, the feeling has only grown stronger, more urgent. this coupled with the acute feeling of wrongness that being in this timeline brought, casey junior knew that something was terribly, terribly wrong.
